You even let Peanut's brother be part of the meeting. You listened to what we wanted and needed and treated us with dignity and respect. Infinity offers their services through my local vet (Greylock Animal Hospital,) and I cannot recommend them enough! We sadly lost our sweet Kitty Boy recently, and the cremains package we received was sweetly lovely. Now we can keep our kitty with us wherever we move, and we know he was treated with respect after his passing. There was even a scrap of his favorite blanket, with which they cremated him. I cannot say enough to praise the entire staff & facilities! They are the absolute best. They have now done all four of the dogs we've had to let go & I would NEVER trust anybody else. We've had 3 done through our different vets & the most recent we took him over ourselves & had a private cremation done while we were there Dec. 2014 & I cannot fully tell you how wonderful everyone was. The facilities are comforting, spotless & inviting. We were all, including my dearest departed companion treated like family & they took the time to hear about him & see photos of him when he was alive & looking far better than he did at that moment. They truly understood just how hard it had been, as they had been on "standby" for us for quite a long while with this boy, as he fought very hard to keep going despite aggressive cancer. They knew & understood just how hard it was to be there for the final send off, too & were just the right needed mix of compassion, caring, respect & humor for such a heart wrenching occasion. They are the kindest, most professional, (but NEVER to the point of it seeming mechanized or like just another one coming through) & all around wonderful people. Truly angels for sure! We have brought all of our cats who have died to Infinity and this is the closest thing you can get to a funeral home for pets. They are a group of compassionate, kind, and loving people who fully understand the grief that one goes through when losing a pet. While most people who aren't animal lovers will say "Oh, it's just a cat", they know what you are going through and are very respectful. We chose to drive there and personally drop off our cats for cremation, but they also will pick up a pet's remains at many vets in the area and deliver the cremains back within a week. They offer a wide selection of urns and will return your pet's ashes with a personalized candle, a ceramic impression of your pet's paw, and a piece of fur if you desire. I highly recommend them if you want to give your pet the best you can after his or her death. Ask for Stacy when you call. Read Less
