My dogs name is Ace! He recently has been going here to hangout and enjoy some company from Jackie when she's free throughout the day. Jackie voluntarily comes an hour early than her normal work hours just to meet me so I can drop off Ace and go to school. When I drop him off he is nothing but excited to be going here to relax and see other dogs! This place may not be all done up, but it sure feels like a cozy, pet friendly environment that makes me comfortable to be dropping my dog here 3 times a week. Read Less

I have to give this place two stars because the front staff was horrible. I literally listened to their whole conversation about how one of the girls owed her 5 dollars. Then she proceeded to tell the girl to bring her in left overs... On my way out the girl who gave me my paper work and prescriptions "Jana", was nasty and snippy when I told her I had a medicated question for the vet. She then proceeded to take a picture of my dog without even asking me! She just stood up and snapped it with the iPad. The only reason I'm giving them two stars was because the vet I saw was really sweet and helpful. I will not be going back because the front staff made my experience that terrible. I have been bringing my new kittens to this vet for about two months now, and they are wonderful! The receptionists greet you so nicely and love talking to your pets, you get a free bag of goodies to help you start your pet's care the first time you visit, and the vets have all been extremely helpful. I also love their patient portal, which allows me to schedule appointments online and see when my pet's vaccinations are due.Read Less

The entire staff was incredibly kind and friendly. It was our dogs first visit to the vet, as they're rescues. The staff was very considerate and patient with how scared our dogs were. Dr Pettit is amazing, as well as Amanda and Sue at the front desk! I also was rushed with my dog today and they got me in within 30 mins and I was able to see Dr Lauren Smith since our vet wasn't available. She was thourough and like dr Pettit you can tell they really care! The whole staff is incredible- Joan, Wendy and the entire staff! Thanks for everything guys! We will be patients for life!! . Dr. Koslow went above and beyond when dealing with a pet that has to be euthanized. The experience was difficult and emotional but the professionalism and compassion that was given by the staff made a hard situation tolerable. The fees were the most reasonable.Read Less
