I took my cat to have this teeth cleaned. He did not need any surgery or extractions, just hygiene. I was told the procedure went well and everything was normal. As soon as I got him home that evening, he was having difficulty walking on his back legs. He would try to stand up 3 or 4 times, and would fall backwards. When he finally did get up, he could only take a few small, short steps, and would keep his body low to the ground. I had to carry him to his food bowl all night. I called the office and was told that this wasn't a normal reaction from anesthesia or routine dental cleanings, and if he had problems afyer hours that seemed dire, to go to Emergency services. Fair enough. The next morning, he was no better. I called again, and was told the DR in office was busy with appointments and meetings so my cat couldn't be seen and I'd have to pay for an emergency visit. No offer for follow up care during business hours for a procedure they performed and that my cat was having complications with. Not even a 'the Dr will call you before her meeting. ' So, another 166$ emergency vet visit later, I was told they had no idea what was going on because they weren't in the procedure... which I knew... which is why I wanted to bring my cat back for a follow up visit after surgery with the office that did it. Very disappointed. I still have no idea why my cat can barely use his back legs after having his teeth cleaned and I've spent 700$ total. Up to this point, I have liked everyone I've met there. After this, I won't go back. Better communication, some phone calls, some follow up care, and more concern for my cat would have been appreciated. Transferring my records elsewhere. Read Less
