We were on vacation in the Adirondack's when our dog Baxter got a bad ear infection and he was in distress. We called several veterinarian hospitals that were within an hour of where we were and all were booked for several days. We were getting ready to cut our vacation short to bring Baxter home to our vet when we came across the Noah's Ark ad in the yellow pages. We called and they were able to see him the next day. They were fantastic!! The staff was wonderfully caring, friendly and genuinely concerned. The vet did a thorough exam, and we were not only given medicine but carefully shown the optimum way to apply it for maximum benefit. Within 2 days Baxter was clearly feeling much better and was back to constant tail wagging. I can't recommend the staff at Noah's Ark enough, if you love your pet you're lucky to have these people close by. They are 5 hours from us and we'd use them in a heartbeat.Read Less
