Austin Veterinary Care

Forest Hills, New York
General Info
Austin Veterinary Care, located in Forest Hills, provides expert and empathetic services for local animals. The team understands how much pets mean to their families. The practice focuses on wellness, chronic disease management, and urgent medical needs. Austin Veterinary Care is introducing New York's pet population to the principles of geometry. Spatial intuition governs what, how, and where you do each visit part. This is especially evident when you realize what happens within the first 90 seconds of every patient encounter. Direct attempts toward pets occur only if explicitly invited. Instead, staff members use soft curves, slight sideways movement, and diagonal body angles for directionality. The startle reflex subsides, and the orientation faith evolves. Caretakers position themselves at 90-degree angles to allow the animal to triangulate between its comfort zone and medical attention. Before the tools are evident, they note the number of blinks and balance-related paw arcs. Austin Veterinary Care offers imaging services with a focus on early onset detection, chronic condition management, cardio screenings, gastrointestinal alignments, and age-specific treatments. Access tolerance regulates the service operations’ succession. Numerous animal species exhibit the behavior of touching the flanks prior to engaging frontally. Placing the instruments on the floor before use enhances response. Discharge routines use techniques like walking your pet in a calm zigzag, checking bandages in a certain way and laying bedding so they don’t get stuck in corners. This will also increase the spatial confidence of a pet upon returning home while reducing the desire to take flight. From Forest Hills to every neighborhood in New York, Austin Veterinary Care intertwines its services with animals’ unique perceptions, transforming the treatment routine from intrusive to inviting. They are committed to preventing cancer, diagnosing it early, and treating it promptly. Clients appreciate the transparency, educational support, and tailored suggestions they receive. The team remains involved in every aspect, whether it is a complicated diagnosis or a senior pet case. More pet owners are becoming aware of this company’s unique approach to veterinary health, and their reputation is growing.

They care about money before the pet, they wanted me to come in on 3 separate days to do shots so they can charge the $45 fee each time. If you want a vet that’s there for your animal not for the money don’t go here. It’s all about the money. It’s sad how people take a advantage when you have a sick pet. They also told me to feed the dog royal canine instead of Orijen meanwhile royal canin is one of the worst dog foods. Lemme guess it’s their sponsor. Fits the neighborhood, but when I go to a doctor I want them to care the same for my dog as a doctor would care for a sick human. But sadly not and a lot of vets are like this. But these guys are highly money oriented, fits the neighborhood. Read Less

I love Trylon Vet Care. They are all wonderful. Every time I've ever had a problem I've received top notch service. To those people who have made disparaging remarks about how "greedy" they are or how "nasty" the receptionist is, that's something I've NEVER experienced. My husband and I have been bringing our 2 kitties there for the past 5 years. Our older boy has urinary issues that are specific to his breed. Tests are necessary people! Vaccinations are necessary too! If you're not willing to spend money when necessary then you probably shouldn't have pets. We're not rich people, but the vets and staff there have always tried to be accommodating to our needs and finances. As for the lady complaining about not being seen in emergency situation I call bs. I've never ever been turned away in an emergency situation. The only time I haven't been seen is if they aren't open, and you can still leave a voicemail and a vet will call you back within 20 minutes. I'm so thankful to live near and be a patron of such an outstanding veterinarian hospital. Thank you Dr. Andino and the wonderful staff at Trylon. I decided to bring my dog here after a recommendation from a friend. The place was just ok. Dr. Andrino was recommended as the specific vet to see. I brought Skipper here and for our first appointment multiple labs and scans were recommended. We were only here for an initial visit; she was not having any problem of any kind. Her annual was due and that is all that needed to be done. I did some "additional" lab testing and those labs were inconclusive of "something" and we were to do more labs. I never followed through with more additional labs. 6-7 months pass and Skipper has her annual allergies. I try again and again to make an EMERGENCY appointment with them because my dog is jumping out of her skin with allergies. It kills me to see my dog in such stress because of her seasonal allergies; all she needed was an allergy shot. Again and again I am denied barbecue there are no appointments available. Long story short these people are NOT my vet anymore. If they can't help me when I need them then they can't help me when I don't. I did call All-Care Animal Hospital and they were glad to see her. All-Care was where I had previously been taking Skipper. All-Care had a receptionist that is as "snippy and horrible" as Trylon. The only reason I was looking for another vet was because of the receptionist! Businesses wake up! If the people answering your phones aren't nice, customers will look elsewhere. Thankfully, the receptionist is no longer at All-Care, so we went back. I would recommend All-Care. We see Dr. Patel and he is a kind man who will care for your animal when you need a vet. Read Less

I give them one star because 0 is not an option here (should be). My cat got sick really bad, took her to this "vet clinic", had her for 5 hours and basically didn't do anything. Got charged almost $500 for a blood test an x-rays, they didn't diagnosed the animal and told me that was dying. We looked for a second opinion and this guys didn't want to release the lab results and the images that I just paid, thank God the second vet gave us some pieces of advice and we could save our pet. But for me, these clinic is a scam, if they don't know what they are dealing with they should be honest and tell you so you can take your friend to a better place but instead they play the "vet" game with you and your pet in order to take money out of your pocket and at the end they don't know what they are doing.Read Less

Simply amazing service. If you want a vet who is up to date on all the latest treatments, Trylon is the place to go. I used a vet in the city. When I went to Trylon the doctor recommended things that my previous vet didn't bring up. The doctor took the time to explain why the things he recommended were important and even gave me pamphlets on why it was important. I called up my other vet and asked why he never told me about certain tests. The vet said that the test costs money and most people don't want to pay it, so he really doesn't offer it. Really now. Don't you think it is my decision to decide what is right or wrong for my pet and I should have the options? Trylon Vet Care is the best around. They have a 'old school' feeling to their practice meaning they treat you as family and not just another number. Highly recommended for the outstanding care and service.

Read Less
