I couldn't be happier with the service and care that my cats have received at Battenkill. Visits are usually obtained within 24 hours, and It is always evident that they truly care about my cats. This place treats you like you're an imbecile and couldn't possibly understand anything to do with your pet. They answer questions with a shrug and very vague replies. They also refuse to give copies of records, which is extremely shady. I've never had a vet refuse to give me my pets records. They have never helped my animals and things ended up worse or my family's pets straight up died after seeing them. We've only used them in an emergency since they're so close by, but after my last experience, never again. Also, don't let these people give your pet Comfortis flea pills. They are very dangerous and have sickened and killed my cat (and many others pets around the country). Read Less

I used Battenkill Veterinary, specifically Dr. Horn, for three years before moving from the area. This office is friendly, clean, and professional. They really showed care and compassion toward me and my dog. Dr. Horn was calm and sweet with my dog so that he was always really comfortable there and got excited when we were in the parking lot. All of the staff, from the front desk administrators to the techs to the vets themselves were helpful and took the time to talk to us about any questions we had.
