I've been with them for 25 years. They have changed the office staff and most of the techs. My vet, Dr. Wentworth is awesome, but no one else seems to know what's going on! There is a disconnect with the office people and the pet care people. They can't even weigh a dog correctly! The upselling seems to be the priority. You bring a dog in in distress and they throw a big list of charges at you before you know what hit you! Honestly, if the 2 vets that I use were gone, so would I be. I have 5 dogs. I'm sure someone would be happy to take that on.

I had to put my white kitty, Django, down on June 13, 2018 as he had tumors on his liver (he was only 3 yrs, 8 months old!).
The doctor didn't try to talk me into expensive treatments, which I appreciated. She felt the tumors, and was honest about it. You could tell she cared, because I could read it on her face that it was bad, and that it was Django's time to go to Heaven to be God's lap cat.
The staff was wonderful and caring (except for the one blonde from Arizona with the tattoos who was very rude and uncaring).
They made a special casket, flowers, and Django's final paw prints. They even sent me a sympathy card, reassuring me that I made the right choice.
Honeoye Falls Veterinary Hospital is a wonderful and caring place to bring your pet! I highly recommend them!

I have no even been to this vet yet - our appointment is scheduled for Monday - and our little kitten had some issues prior to the appointment. The lady that answered (I believe her name is Jean) was so incredibly polite and understanding of the worries we had for our kitten. She was reassuring of the care we have been giving him and was delighted to see us at our upcoming appointment after briefing us on what we could do for the kitten before that day comes. I am so thankful for the kindness just shared over the phone - great people, great place!

Dr Beth Jamison and all the wonderful vets and staff at Honeoye Falls and Livonia Veterinary Hospitals have kept my beloved cats well and healthy for years. Recently Spike, my 17 year old senior citizen had a serious problem. Dr Beth Pulled him through the initial difficulties and took tremendous care of him. Finally when he took a bad turn she referred us to Cornell where they did extensive tests and very delicate surgery. Spikey is home,eating and enjoying his life and glad to be back under the care of his family vets who are so caring and knowledgeable about his and the rest of my cats' health and wellbeing. Love to you all. Thank you.

This review is long overdue, but very well deserved. Our dog, Shelby, got sick in August 2009 and was determined to have IMHA (Immune mediated hemolytic anemia). Since then, Dr Beth and the whole staff has provided nothing but the best care for our girl. Dr Beth has consistently gone beyond our expectations by reviewing new research, consulting with other experts in the field and even taking the time to explain her findings to us in a manner we could understand rather than just implementing them. The staff's treatment and care has allowed Shelby to live a very full and active life in the 6 years since then, and has not gotten in the way of our nomadic lifestyle, exploring 25 states and hiking 100's of miles of trails as we camp around the country.

Outstanding care that goes the extra mile. I was out of town and my son was watching the dog. He came down with a virus causing severe diarrhea and immediately saw our dog. We have entrusted our two latest golden retrievers to H. Falls Vets for nearly 20 years. Their friendly and extremely knowledgeable approach has been terrific support to our family through the years. When our youngest one required emergency care the staff's follow up call were much appreciated. Dr. Jamison and his team are there when you need them and help you stay on top of preventive care. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE this vet office. The people here are fabulous. They were so helpful and compassionate when my previous dog died (even after we busted into the vet office during lunch time to try to have him seen right before he passed away). He was basically our first child and we were devastated. I received a handwritten card from the vet...it was so nice and so thoughtful. My current dog loves it there too and they are so good with him (he gets scared easy and pees a lot...they don't seem to mind too much!). I have recommended this office to others and I will definitely continue to do so.

I live in Ontario and have a vet less than half a mile up the road, and she is a great vet, but I choose to drive 40 minutes to Honeoye Falls Vet Clinic because i feel so much more at home and my dog loves the doctors there. I love the atmosphere and the wonderful care (which is very personal) there. The drive is well worth it and I would recommend these doctors to anyone. Love this vet office and will never change no matter how far away I move.

I have been to 3 different veterinarians prior to 1957 but since going to Honeoye Falls Veterinary I have not considered any dog or any cat to go to another veterinary. There excellent staff love animals and treat my animals as if they were their own. All my dogs Chihuahua, Miniature Schnauzer, and Chow Shepard mix lived full lives (average 14 years) under their care. And stray cats, Snowball and Kitty who succumbed to City Streets. I would take any future animals, and Highly recommend their services.

I had to put my white kitty, Django, down on June 13, 2018 as he had tumors on his liver (he was only 3 yrs, 8 months old!).
The doctor didn't try to talk me into expensive treatments, which I appreciated. She felt the tumors, and was honest about it. You could tell she cared, because I could read it on her face that it was bad, and that it was Django's time to go to Heaven to be God's lap cat.

I live in Ontario and have a vet less than half a mile up the road, and she is a great vet, but I choose to drive 40 minutes to Honeoye Falls Vet Clinic because i feel so much more at home and my dog loves the doctors there. I love the atmosphere and the wonderful care (which is very personal) there. The drive is well worth it and I would recommend these doctors to anyone. Love this vet office and will never change no matter how far away I move.

I have been to 3 different veterinarians prior to 1957 but since going to Honeoye Falls Veterinary I have not considered any dog or any cat to go to another veterinary. There excellent staff love animals and treat my animals as if they were their own. All my dogs Chihuahua, Miniature Schnauzer, and Chow Shepard mix lived full lives (average 14 years) under their care. And stray cats, Snowball and Kitty who succumbed to City Streets. I would take any future animals, and Highly recommend their services.

We've been going here since moving to Honeoye Falls. They have always been wonderful and in the last 8 years have helped us through the care and finally the passing of three of our pets (2 dogs and a cat). They've always given practical advice on caring for our pets as they aged and genuinely mourn with us at their passing. Fantastic doctors and staff!
