Our beloved dog, Elvis, was going to be 13 this year. He became very ill very suddenly and we had been recommended by a friend to head to Quarryside Hospital because our regular vet office was closed. I am so grateful that we did. Dr. Rothman and his staff were incredibly kind during a difficult time. They didn't stop there -- they made sure we had all the information we needed to lay Elvis to rest. The vets are caring and attentive and go above and beyond to communicate the status of your beloved pet along the way. Rudy was sick for 2 weeks and there at the hospital for over a week and I got phone calls on Sunday evenings with instructions from one vet, phone calls from Another vet as he checked on him over the weekend at the clinic, phone calls from the third vet almost daily with his status and progress, multiple emails from the vet with progress updates. The staff was so patient and attentive each time I called to ask about him. Their pricing was fair and they even clipped a coupon for me for the expensive food. Started taking our pets there on a recommendation from our son. We were very impressed with the care and compassion shown when his dog became very ill and had to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Amazing! I called as soon as they opened about a pet rabbit emergency and they were able to get me right in, even though the exotic pets vet doesn't come in until the afternoon. The staff there are great too, and the vet was very knowledgeable and went through all of the possible issues. Super affordable too, and they even gave me a mug! I have taken my cat to Dr. Rothman and my Bichon Frise dogs and puppies. I really like going to him. Everyone is so helpful and they are always smiling . They take great care of my pets. We have been bringing our animals to Dr. Rothman's practice for many years and all of our animals have received outstanding care and compassion at his office. He is thorough and informative and has taken very good care of our many pets (including two dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.). The office is always helpful, whether we are scheduling appointments, refilling medications or asking silly questions to ease our minds. In our experience with our injured dog, Dr. Rothman offered prompt, thorough care while keeping our costs as low as they could be given the significance of our dog's injury. Aftercare for our pets' various visits is always outstanding, including unsolicited follow-up calls from his office to check on the progress and well-being of our pets.
