I want to thank Sue and all the ladies at this fine establishment. I’ve been procrastinating about bringing my dog 🐶 Banks for a salon visit ever since his last visit to another office went bad. Since my dog is a Husky(a lot of hair!)and I told Sue about his last encounter she told me not to worry. Well-they called in a very timely manner and when I encountered my dog 🐕 he was almost unrecognizable! She must have gotten 20 bags 💼 of hair off of him ! He also looked so handsome with his tie on . Shabby operation. My dog had an urinary infection. Gave me so called amoxicillin that didn’t work at all. The pills were solid white with no markings. Did some research online and found they are cheap amoxicillin imported from India. Who knows what percentage of amoxicillin is in them if any at all. And they overcharge for this bogus medicine. Also, my pup pulled a ligament in his rear leg. They wrapped his leg in a soft cast wrapped with gauze and charged me a small fortune. I was told to bring him back in a few weeks for a re-wrap. They took him in a rear room where I couldn’t see. They brought him out with fresh gauze and charged me 30 bucks for the gauze, what a rip off. After another couple of weeks i took the gauze off myself because he was in great discomfort and itching at his leg. I discovered that when this disheveled female dr. Did the re-wrap, she had not removed the original soft cast and gauze. We all signed it with marker originally so it was clearly the original wrap. The re-wrap was just wrapping new gauze over the original soft casting and wrap. Wouldn’t you think a re-wrap consist of removing everything, give his leg some air and maybe massage with soothing cream or something then do a fresh softcast and gauze. His legs condition after taking everything off my self eventually exposed a very sore leg and his skin was soft from weeks of trapped sweat and moisture. Absolutely terrible, i will never return to them and i highly recommend not giving this garbage operation a cent or an ounce of trust with your pet. Read Less

Very nice doctors, but my dog was recently operated on by one of the doctors to remove bladder stones only to find three weeks later he still had large stones inside him. Also never told he had a history of hypoglycemia. Poor follow through and poor offer to resolve neglect surgery. I can never go back Read Less

I have a 10 year old schnauzer who hadn't had a hair cut in a year. She would not let anyone groom her. Last year, her old vet had to apply anesthesia to knock her out in order to groom her. This year I took her to East Village Green Animal Hospital, Sue, the groomer told me that she does not like to do that. She was going to try without using anesthesia. Well! I was thinking, good luck! Not only did she not use anesthesia, but she got my little girl looking great again. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, you are truly heaven sent. The whole staff has been nothing short of wonderful and I recommend them to the highest extent. I just want to thank the staff so much for there care for my dog tilly I took her there in a panic because she had an infection around her eye the line of communication was amazing between me and the vet they were so gentle with her they put her on 2 types of antibiotics and I saw results the very next day!! this was her first visit there and I couldn't be more happy I will 100% be going back with all my dogs Read Less

I have been taking my pets and my families pets to Dr. Blonder for 15 or so years. All the vets and staff are caring individuals and make the visits pleasant. I have moved away t two years ago and there are plenty of vets close to my home. It doesn't matter to me, we get in the car and go to East Village Green. That says it all. Read Less

Thank you to the East Village Green Animal Hospital for seeing me and my kitty Smores on such short notice this morning after she had an upset stomach all night. Dr. Deborah (forgive me I forget her last name at the moment and I'm not home) was so kind with Smores and the fluid IV pepped her right up. She started eating a small amount upon returning home and is now hiding from me because I was so evil as to administer her medicine ;). Thank you for everything today!
