We have never brought our animals anywhere else. From my childhood pets and on. The McCarthy's are the most amazing doctors you'll meet. We recently lost both of our dogs within about 8 months of each other and Dr. Patrick McCarthy is the most compassionate person I have ever met in a situation like that. They took care of Diesel and Trinity from the time they were puppies up until the time they passed. And the girls in reception and the techs are amazing. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I love ford. I work at Petco and constantly send people their way because I trust them and know they will take care of everyone well! They are very straight to the point, they don't give you things yo...
I love ford. I work at Petco and constantly send people their way because I trust them and know they will take care of everyone well! They are very straight to the point, they don't give you things you don't need or things that won't help just because they are trying to make money. Some people may think they are short, curt or rude... But I find their bluntness refreshing and the fact that they tell you how to fix whatever is wrong and they don't BS you is just amazing to me. I've been to other vets who have told me oh "this will help, this this this this...." When in reality nothing helped and they couldn't do anything. I go to Ford and Dr. McCarthy tells me, "we can control it (allergies) but not get rid of it, and she will be happy and healthy!" I love them and will CONTINUE to send them people as long as they are open.

They saved my cat's life. Less than 12 hours of bringing her in for sick visit, she was in surgery. They were excellent. Friendly, compassionate, gentle very knowledgeable, and made sure I completely understood what was happening at all times. Switched from a more expensive vet, and that was almost 10 years ago. I LOVE FORD!!!! I will never go anywhere else. They are the best at what they do. They have always been amazing with all 4 of our cats.

Our poor kitty Mr Snow was euthanized earlier this week by Dr McCarthy and staff; his cancer aggressively returned after 7 years (McCarthy's father, Walter had performed a tumor removal in 2008) Everyone was extremely attentive, answered all questions asked and allowed us plenty of time to say our final goodbyes, even after he took his last breathe. They even sent us a sympathy card. Due to the Dr McCarthys expertise we spent 16 glorious years with Mr Snow. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

My "Cujo" lab/shepard mix is a growler and likes to make a scene when in for visits. My experiences with several area vets has not been good. One even when to the extreme of show fear when my dog was barking and backed into the corner. And I do muzzle him alll the time. Dr. McCarthy is very patient and ignores the growling/barking and talks in a very calm voice. Love this place.

I love ford. I work at Petco and constantly send people their way because I trust them and know they will take care of everyone well! They are very straight to the point, they don't give you things you don't need or things that won't help just because they are trying to make money.
