Compassion, kindness, the utmost professionalism and expertise...I could go on and on.  Our family of pets has been a part of the Lincolndale Veterinary family for a long time.  Very recently we had to send our dog to find her peace after a long illness.  Every staff member of this practice made facing our difficult journey as manageable and comfortable as possible for us all.   Dr. Sarfety spent countless hours researching every possible treatment, always giving us the option of next steps to take, consistently keeping us informed by explaining all procedures and treatments in detailed lay terms, ensuring we understood everything, and most of all, treating our pup as if she was her own.  We are confident our Cinnamon received THE BEST care possible.And when no stone was left unturned, after 13 of the most loving years, it was time for Cinnamon to leave us, we couldn't have asked for a more caring and gentle means of letting go.  Dr. Shane was so warm and compassionate.  Although a heartbreaking experience, she helped us cope with our loss in the kindest, most caring manner.  My heartfelt thanks to Drs. Very bad business!! Please don't even call here. There is this rude lady her name is Karyn. i called to make an appointment for my cat and wanted to ask a few question. She asked me "what do I want?" seemed to be in a pissy mood, not patient at all and when I didn't make an appointment before asking my question she just hung up on me. That's so sad and rude.. this a great place to take your pets. Everyone on staff genuinely loves animals and is very good with them. They take great care of my 4 cats and 1dog. I totally recommend Lincolndale Veterinary Center! We have been using them 10years or more. They are reasonably priced and give quality care. My daughter's pet rabbit became very sick during a recent snowstorm. The office staff were very prompt in returning my message and made arrangements to see our rabbit as soon as the office opened. Sammie had what could have been a lethal tooth infection, and though their clinic does not specialize in small animals, Dr. Sarfaty was more than capable of treating our pet. She and her staff treated Sammie and my daughter, who was visibly distraught over Sammie's illness, with the utmost kindness and respect. The good news is that Sammie has made a full recovery, and if he could talk, he would agree that he received the best care at this center. The staff are wonderful and their prices are more than reasonable. Read Less
