Came in with my cat who had bad hematoma om his ear. They were friendly but cat had to wear cheap dirty cone afterwords. I was shocked when I saw the bill because it was not they quoted me.

I live near Lake Ontario now, and I make the trip to take my animals to Livonia Veterinary Hospital. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else. They take good care of our furry family members as if they were their own. Everyone there is so very nice and considerate. Great hours, good prices and great people. Happy fur family!

I've never used their veterinary services, but we boarded our hyperthyroid cat with them for several weekends when we had to travel for work. They took excellent care of him and he always came back looking good and happy. I highly recommend them for boarding.

I'd put no stars if I could ,Save your money drive a few extra miles and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this office.
Made an appointment , showed up on time and was told I would need to reschedule and drop my dog off, which they were told long before hand that wasn't possible and it costs more money , the ignorant vet called her a PITBULL 3x which she is not , she's a rare bulldog with full paperwork , that they've seen ,I am still in shock how ignorant this veterinarian behaved and told me I had to look at her in the eyes when she's speaking, after telling her I'm not ok with what she's suggesting , news flash ,NO I DON'T, I don't have to look at you at all, people are on a smug power trip in that office and are after your money ! Had 3 visits planned and they hadn't even looked at her!
I found a new vet the next day, she's almost 100% again in less than a week ,and won't ever look back.
Having PTSD and dealing with this has been stressful beyond words ,
Tell that vet eye contact leads to confrontation ,which it did ,she's lucky all I did was call her a name !after having my time wasted and making me wait 5 days to get in there and then say I need to come back and I'll need to drop her off on another day and have her sedated , complete nonsense. I have all her records,so I won't be signing the release .

I brought my baby Ruger here. We have been to other vets but this one is different. You don't truly appreciate an amazing vet until your puppy is hurting and you want answers. Tried a different vet and felt unimportant and blown off. Walked into Livonia animal hospital and instantly was welcomed. The staff is so attentive. They take the time to look at every possible diagnosis. They explain why they think what they think and how they came to the conclusion. I can not explain the love and passion they have for animals and what they do. I have never felt more comfortable letting someone treat my precious fur babies. Experience and knowledge way beyond my expectations. I will never be able to explain how amazing the care they give is. Truly outstanding.

I'm going away in a couple weeks and my dog Emiko needed some of her vaccines updated. I saw one of my Facebook friends went here so I decided to give it a try (our 5th vet). I called yesterday and they set me up as a new patient and got me in the same day. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and other customers looked pleased to be there. My dog is a little testy and I notified them and they understood. They got me in a room and the tech and vet gave my girl a proper and warm greeting. I can't even believe how comfortable they made us feel. They really worked with our needs! They didn't push anything and weren't condescending like previous places we've visited. It is well worth the 30min drive for me an I look forward to coming back. I think you guys tricked Emiko into liking the vets. Thank you!

Great vet! I took one of my cats in when they started fighting after three years of being super lovers. They gave me an appointment the day I called and the staff was extremely friendly and kind to my super-nervous cat. The vet was great, she was kind to my cat even after my cat did a nervous fart on her. They did bloodwork, and gave a calming medicine that has really calmed down the cats' disagreements. The vet also emailed me later the same day with info about the bloodwork and some behavior modification ideas. I am very happy I took my cat to this vet. The only caution I would give is that they are fairly expensive.

I brought my baby Ruger here. We have been to other vets but this one is different. You don't truly appreciate an amazing vet until your puppy is hurting and you want answers.
