It's only my first visit, so I need more experience to say much more. I was happy with everything except the checkout. Being around other animals side by side, promotes cross contamination by fleas and germs. The dogs stunk terrible and owners left huge piles of fecal material all around the parking areas. It's not your fault but I would very much prefer not to be positioned within smelling distance of their lack of proper animal hygiene. There was urine in the foyer way to leave as well as a terrible dog smell. I hope that these issues are addressed with dog owners visiting and possibly changes in the checkout process. Cats side by side with dogs for extended periods of time is a needless stress on both animals. Maybe separate checkout counters for dogs and cats would help.

Great to have an exotic vet (Dr Liteer) nearby as I live inGeneseo. Previously I had to drive to Spencerport to see Dr Heidi Licatta at Erie Canal Vet who is also awesome. But when you have a dwarf bunny that is prone to GI Stasis (internal blockage) time of treatment is vital or death can occur.
I’ve had this experience twice with positive treatment and a normal playful bunny the next day. Staff is very friendly and waiting time was minimal.

The veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable as well, even providing me with extra care information and tips in addition to helping me resolve the issue that I went there for. This was my first time at a vet, and I had a very positive experience!

I have been going to Perry Pet for a number of years. They are always kind, caring and helpful. They explain everything very thoroughly and give you options. They are very positive. They helped me say good bye to my best friend (Crockett) with dignity and caring. My other little boy (George) was involved in a horrific incident and the vets and staff at Perry Pet saved his life and mine as well. I will be eternally grateful and will continue to go there and take any new pets I acquire along the way. The try and ease your pets fears and get you out quickly without feeling rushed.

For over 17 years , they have been my only pet provider for my continual four or five pets at all time. They have always provided outstanding care with each and every pet, and real caring and support when a pet had to be put to sleep at the end of their lifespan. I cannot recommend then enough to others.

Just moved into the area and enjoyed the friendliness of ALL the staff. They all chatted, were gentle and sweet with our new kitten, and were great with our raising him on pure raw food and his probability of venturing outside. They appeared to be very well informed but realistic with country living choices. The doctor was thorough in explaining each part of various procedures and determining the necessity of any/all vaccines and shots not guilting me into items unnecessarily. Researching other reviews of vet services in the area helped us find ACFL and I'm very pleased with the results.

I have been going to ACFL for >15 years and have had no bad experiences. All of the vets are knowledgeable and caring, as are the staff. They have saved both of our cats from things like coyote bites and urinary stones, and were very comforting when our dog was run over by a car. My grandmother's boston terrier had a c-section there back in '97 and all the puppies came out healthy. Interestingly, the runt born with a hernia lived the longest out of that litter.

It's only my first visit, so I need more experience to say much more. I was happy with everything except the checkout. Being around other animals side by side, promotes cross contamination by fleas and germs. The dogs stunk terrible and owners left huge piles of fecal material all around the parking areas. I have been going to Perry Pet for a number of years. They are always kind, caring and helpful. They explain everything very thoroughly and give you options. They are very positive. They helped me say good bye to my best friend (Crockett) with dignity and caring.
