Very unprofessional. I had an appointment this morning at 10 am for coggins and exports. I am Canadian and live three hours from the US border. I was planning on coming down myself, but I did not because I lost a foal early this morning so I had arranged for my friend who runs a barn this clinic attends to occasionally, to meet them. The vet called me and told me she wanted to reschedule for a time I could be there to meet them so they could meet me because they’ve done multiple exports for me before and never met me. The vet told me there is never any problem with my payments, but they find it sketchy that some times I use a credit card not in my name (until recently my credit card didn’t work in the USA and neither did my debit card) and that they’ve done multiple exports for me and never met me. I’m not sure what they could possibly think I could be doing with their exports, other than export horses back to Canada with them. Not to mention I’m a registered business so I declare everything properly and legally. The vet told me if I could not come meet them they would not do my work. This isn’t hard work, we’re talking about exports. Lol. Big thumbs down for this vet. Read Less

A state of the art equine facility that provides the most up to date, advanced diagnostic technology. This newly designed facility was carefully planned out by owners Dr. Jeanne Best, DVM and Ken Best, Farrier. The comfort for your equine companion is a top priority. This facility is well equipped to find the exact location that is causing your horse pain. This extraordinary pair of equine professionals is able to manage severely foundered horses. The treatment your equine companion receives will have him standing and walking in comfort immediately. Both stay current by attending seminars regularly. They give back to the community by hosting frequent seminars, that are open to everyone. Read Less
