We've taken our dog and cat to Miller Clark for over two years and like the hours, clean rooms, ease of making appointments, plus the vets, techs and office staff. Dr. Gina treated our dog for an infection when he was a few months old & was competent and caring... The cost was high, like $1,200 range plus medicine we bought there, but we were so frantic that we questioned little.When our cat recently needed his yearly rabies booster, we learned that two vets had left the practice. One stayed only a year, usually not a good sign. The other, Dr. Alex Saura, was wonderful with our cat, and we loved her. But she left MC just weeks ago. Miller Clark staff should have told me this when I made an app't. Instead, our cat was examined and vaccinated by Dr. Klock, who was very nice, gentle, but in a hurry -- and pushed more vaccines. When lab tests were suggested for a healthy cat with no problems, we asked why, received a half-answer, and quickly walked off to pay the ~ $300 bill. I was so disappointed in this practice I had trusted...Our pets are family, and we will pay for quality care. But Miller Clark is increasingly about making money first, w/ good care and communication a distant second. Unless things change by summer, we'll be searching for a new vet. Read Less
