Dr. Robinson is fantastic. He saved my dog's life. I've been going there for eleven years now and have only had one slightly bad experience. Bu the truth is - I was getting impatient. I'd been waiting for quite some time to pay my bill so I could leave and Vicky seemed out of sorts and not very eager to assist me. Well, maybe we all need to stop ourselves from being the center of the universe from time to time. It turned out that she was out of sorts because one of the clients had to have a pet put down. Before I left, I saw Vicky hugging this client and crying with her over the beloved pet. This group is so good with my bad, little dog, Pete. If I had thirty Petes in my office in a day, I'd probably go insane. However, they are always professional. Sometimes they are a bit rushed, but hey - I'm not their only customer and with good reason! They're a good group and I so appreciate having this business in Medina. Read Less

Also, I have heard good things from my personal friends that go to this vet. Unfortunately when I called the reviews were confirmed. I told the receptionist that my dog had a puncture wound and that I wanted her to been seen. The office person "Vicki" had a very unprofessional tone right away (which quite frankly, is just plain odd!!!) and I questioned why this is the case. I am a professional and I expect to be treated in a professional manner when I call someone's office. I told this to Vicki and then asked for her name which she replied with a long silence. I then said "hello?" and she asked if I wanted to speak to the doctor. I said "yes, I would want to know if I someone was answering the phones in my office the way you are" and she said that he is unavailable but that she could take down my name and number. I pointed out that I am hesitant to give her my name since she wouldn't give me hers, and that I would just call back. Since I already knew her name, I said "yours is Viki right?" and then she finally confirmed. I said "I'm sorry that it took me asking you that twice, but I would also include this information in my feedback online." Being a vet is not easy for so many reasons, and obviously you have enough customers there, but it might also be important to be mindful of your reputation in the community for those who are not customers.
