We love our vet! Very friendly staff! Our pups are definitely in good hands here. The exam rooms are always clean. The doctors get on the floor with the dogs which goes to show they are here for their true love of animals and not the paycheck. I've been to other vets in the area but these guys are the best. We have happy healthy pups thanks to the wonderful doctors and outstanding staff!

I have been going there for many years and have always received excellent and very timely service. If there is a emergency they are always ready to take you at a moments notice. Over one Thanksgiving our cat Chewy became ill. We were going away to visit family and Chewy needed constant care with medications and feeding. Chewy is not a happy cat when he is not feeling well. The staff took him in and kept Chewy in his private room along with coming in on Thanksgiving to give him his medication and food. We will never go anywhere else.

Staff is overall friendly, so your visits seem great! My last visit I had called in for a refill and brought back my previous bottle from my prescription. I had some in the bottle leftover and questioned whether it would still be any good. (Not naming anyone), she took the bottle around the corner and came back a few moments later and all seemed well and paid my bill. However giving the prescription I noticed I had far less than I needed and needed to give more than the last dose. Then noticed the overlapping sticker on the bottle I pealed back, she had given me the bottle that I had returned and then had me pay for it!!!! I paid twice for the same percription!!! No fault to the vets. But buyer beware

We just transferred from another local vets office and words cannot describe what a breath of fresh air this office is!! The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr Lori is a dream! Our senior citizen dog is a nervous "Nelly" and for the first time EVER today sat through an entire exam without having to be sedated. Dr Lori got right down on the floor with her and did her exam there so Nelly could just lean against my leg and relax. Finding a vet who takes wonderful care of pets while also taking their owners and the financial cost into consideration is a huge blessing! I would recommend this office to everyone I know!

We have been going to see Dr. Lori and her staff for almost 10 years now. She is phenomenal, unbelievably competent, caring, and warm. She always follows up and remembers us and our furry kids as individuals, not just a number; she and her staff make you feel like family. I trust her opinion and she always gives us options when available. I would never imagine going anywhere else and already travel a bit of a ways to get to her; it's worth it! Her new office is lovely as well; now they have the total package! I couldn't recommend her enough!

I have been going there for many years and have always received excellent and very timely service. If there is a emergency they are always ready to take you at a moments notice. Over one Thanksgiving our cat Chewy became ill. We were going away to visit family and Chewy needed constant care with medications and feeding. Chewy is not a happy cat when he is not feeling well. We just transferred from another local vets office and words cannot describe what a breath of fresh air this office is!! The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr Lori is a dream! Our senior citizen dog is a nervous "Nelly" and for the first time EVER today sat through an entire exam without having to be sedated.
