I thought the vet was rough with my cat. I got LECTURED on how I should get my four feral cats fixed and what an idiot I was. They then quoted me almost $300 per female and about $200 for my male. I live on disability and give them wet and dry food twice a day plus chicken at night. I've bought 4 heated houses for the winter for them. Excuse me for not having a spare $1,000 to get them all fixed, but I'm doing the best I can. In 6 years only one got pregnant once, and she abandoned her kittens and I couldn't find them anywhere. Instead of lecturing me, maybe she could have given me a break on the price and found someone to help me catch them. I couldn't believe the nerve of this woman without even asking me WHY I haven't gotten them fixed. Does she think they let me touch them?! One girl was sick and I finally managed to trick her into a carrier to get her to a vet. I will be looking for a vet who is gentler with my cats, and a bit less rude to me.

We have been taking our family pets to Dr. Saunders since I was 8 years old. She is one of the most dedicated and compassionate people you will ever meet! I will never forget when she kept the office open after hours so my dad could meet us from work when we had to put our beloved 16.5 year old dog, Sandy, down.. our current dogs love her! I would recommend her to anyone seeking a vet!

Great experience with the facility and the doc, Maureen. Our dog was suddenly taken ill on a Friday night and after calling the hospital after hours, Lisa, who was already working late said she would see if she could fit our dog in the next day. She said she would call us right back and guess what - SHE DID and the very next day we were seen. Great customer service and great "customer" care. We will be back.

I thought the vet was rough with my cat. I got LECTURED on how I should get my four feral cats fixed and what an idiot I was. They then quoted me almost $300 per female and about $200 for my male.
