I took my dog for a 2nd opinion visit about his hurt knee. This vet was not able to even get muzzle on him (they wanted me to try and I had 3 kids with me.. )They kept switching rooms and calling for more help. It was chaotic and unprofessional appointment so they told me I did not have to pay for appointment and to come back the next day for anesthesia. I cancelled and they mailed me a bill (when they told me they wouldn't charge me because they couldn't do anything.. )Even after I called and spoke with the manager, she was rude to me. Pet Street Station in Norwich was able to get an opinion just fine and were very professional so I will go to them instead. Read Less
