Do NOT go to this place with your pet unless you want bad service. The two times I came here, I saw two different people and neither one is a vet. They are technicians or assistants, but NOT vets. The first time I came here, the woman didn't even bother weighing my puppy- can you believe that? She didn't even weigh him! I had to ask her to weigh him since it was his first time at the vet with me and I didn't know how much he weighs. I was a new pet parent, so I prepared a list of questions ahead of time to ask. She literally said just enough to answer the questions I had and nothing else. She was stone cold. Not one smile from her. Then, the 2nd time I came in with my puppy, we saw a new person, but not a vet. And this time, I want to microchip my puppy. And they don't even check to make sure he is alright. Needless to say, both times I was charged a lot of money. The microchip itself was $90, which is ludicrous! I take my baby to The Humane Society of New York now, where he gets AMAZING care. It was like night and day. The first time I took my puppy to the Humane Society, they checked his eyes, his hips, his ears, listened to his heart, weigh him, and they provided me with so much information about raising a puppy. This is what going to the vet should be like, and yes, I saw a VET at the HSNY. Now, I always take my dog to the HSNY for non-emergencies. For emergencies, we go to Heart of Chelsea - they have great service there, too. Read Less
