I've been coming here for about a year now. I have my own two cats, and I constantly have foster dogs that are up for adoption. Many of them have gone here for check-ups. I have seen both Dr. Hilchuck and Dr. Miller. Very, very smart doctors. They know almost everything about animals, and if they dont know it.. they will research it until they know. They are overly thorough. Dr. Hilchuck broke the horrible news to me that my 6 year old cat, Sushi, had Cancer. Even when the first lab results came back negative, she was confident that it was cancer. Despite my skepticism, anger, and sadness. I mean, COME ON! The lab results came back NEGATIVE! But, Dr. Hillchuck persuaded me to let her take a bigger sample to send to the lab. And she was correct. Sushi, my sweet, loving, fun, affectionate, playful, young(ish) cat had an aggressive cancer. An injection site sarcoma. 6 months to live. Thanks to Dr. Hilchuck, I could start on treating her ASAP. We are currently going through radiation treatments and chemo at Blue Pearl Emergency Vets. Fingers crossed for my little baby. Dr. Hilchuck and Dr. Miller will forever be my vets. I am so grateful that they were smart enough to diagnose Sushi. And not just tell me what I wanted to hear. Had she sent me home when the lab work came back incorrectly, my cat would have died.Another positive is that I never have to wait long. They are normally on-time (or nearly) for appointments. Which is SO MUCH appreciated. That being said, all good things come with some negatives. You get what you pay for. They are fairly expensive. They are also somewhat old-school, and their records are handwritten. So getting the medical records forwarded, is somewhat hard (i.e. when my foster dogs are adopted). Highly recommended. Read Less
