It's taking me a lot to write this review. But I am still torturing myself and still in pain after my cat died and I really resent how MCS handled the whole situation, making my regret even more. First off, this place used to be decent. But once the founder left, things got messy fast. They would mess up my cat's medications a lot, with me having to call over and over to get my prescription and for them to get them right. And second, as I mentioned before, I think they didn't do my cat right in the end. My cat had a lot of chronic diseases going on at once and was elderly but he had been coping really well with all of them. Dr. Sheheri prescribed him a chemo drug to deal with a stomach issue but it made him go downhill very fast, making his kidney values go through the roof and causing him not to eat. First, she didn't tell me the medicine would cause loss of appetite, which could be fatal for all that he had going on. Second, he was now going into kidney failure and she kept making the wrong moves left and right. The kidney failure causes seizures, something a simple google search will tell you. She kept going on and on about how he might have an underlying neurological problem. She suggest we go to the hospital and runs tests on him. He was already on seizure medication though and like I said, the seizures were happening because of his kidney diseases. We did take him to the hospital and vet there told us this. There was a critical two weeks or so where Sheheri could have given him potassium and B12 shots and she did none of this, instead emailing us (it's urgent...call!) recommending a potassium supplement which would take weeks to work. I wish to god, I had taken him somewhere else and when I saw her not recognizing how urgent or dire his situation was, going somewhere else. He had a lot going on and his time was going to come soon but by prescribing an already frail cat such a strong chemo pill and dilly dallying while he was going into kidney failure pushed him to his death soon, And any pet owner knows that any extra minute counts.
