We've taken are cat and are dog on three separate occasions,every experience was absolutely horrible for both us and are pets,including the last time we brought are most beloved dog to be put down after they said we didn't have enough money for further testing to see why he was suddenly paralyzed and in excruciating pain,when we were carrying him in they demanded they carry him,the tech took 3 steps w are boy and dropped him on his head.a s if that wasn't enough,5 injections later he finally stopped breathing after 27 min.because they couldn't find a vein.Then to top it off they mistakenly cremated him w their other poor victims,after we payed extra to have him seperate,so we could bring home his ashes.16 months has gone by, not a day will ever go by that we don't regret giving them a third chance.T hey took what was already a Scarry,and heartbreaking experience for us all and made it a thousand times worse..RIp Pubby.we love u allways Read Less
