We have gone to this facility for many years. Great staff and Dr. Vluten is tataly knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes his time with exams and talking to us. Only criticism, they are more expensive than other animal hospitals in the area. Read Less

We used to go to PetSmart for our pets grooming however kept running into problem after problem until we couldn't subject our dogs to any more. We are so happy to have found a caring groomer! Our dogs have never had any problems and I don't know what shampoo she uses but the wonderful scent stays for a week or more! We are clients for life! Read Less

Horrible customer service! I took my pet there and thought they were very nice. Then I wanted to purchase dog food online - so I had to take a prescription for the smallest available bag OR schedule another appointment with the vet to get that prescription changed. I guess there is a robust black market for prescription dog food and giving me too much is a problem? Of course - I am not going to pay for another office visit just to be able to purchase larger bags of food.Then I decided to go elsewhere to a place that is more customer focused. I called County Line and asked them to fax my pet's records over - they said yes and hung up. They faxed 1 document and nothing else. Lucky for me, I kept good records myself but had I not, the new vet would be caring for my dog blind because County Line wanted to play games and not send over what I requested. I have a pet recently diagnosed with diabetes (4 months earlier) so it was important to me to make sure there was continuity of care - County Line went out of their way to make sure that did not happen by only sending 1 document and not all the labs, information about their reason for the diagnosis, etc... Seriously - sending 1 document is a clear insult - at least sending nothing they could say there was a fax issue, they forgot, etc... but sending only 1 document (and the full document at that) means they were just playing games at the expense of my pet's health.Seriously re-think doing business with these people. While it may be annoying and insulting to have a patient decide to go elsewhere to purchase items or for vet care - but putting up barriers to make that process difficult really only hurts the health of the animal. Horrible customer service and vindictive staff. Had a prescription dog food which they were happy to fill at their office however of you want a script so you can fill it online they have issues. Won't send the script anywhere do you have to pick it up and then they write it for the smallest size bag unless you want to schedule an exam and have the vet write it for something larger. Then when I decided to go elsewhere I asked for my records yo be faxed to the new vet - they never did it and hung up on me. Just overall HORRIBLE customer service and vindictive behavior. Have never had a bad experience at County Line Animal Hospital. Dr. Tim Vleuten is the best ever! If we have any issues with our dog the staff will call us back to check on how everything is going. They go way above and beyond to take care of our pets. I recommend them highly! Read Less
