Both of the doctors at this practice are more concerned with money and their egos, than actually taking care of their patients. When I shared with the male doctor that I don't wish to use Hill's Science Diet for some very good reasons: 1. I've tried them before and my pet did very poorly on them 2. They recently had a series of recalls 3. They are known for using cheap fillers and a Vit K that is a known carcinogen, instead of discussing possible options for me, he said, "Well, then you can be responsible for the death of your pet or having his penis cut off." He used the medically inaccurate, cruel and extremely rude words, "have his penis cut off." to a worried parent just trying to do what's best for her pet. When I recently retested my cats urine, I had to call for more than 2 weeks and over half a dozen times to get the doctor to return my call. I also called and said he wasn't eating and I was very worried about him and that it was time sensitive. Every time I called I was told she would call me back, but day after day after day, for more than 2 weeks, no one called when was promised. Only after a strongly worded voicemail and 7 phone calls did she finally call me back today. When I spoke to their other female doctor and told her how badly, unkindly and unprofessionally the other doctor behaved, she stuck up for him. Then I voiced some concerns about the fact that the prescription diet did not work for my pet in the past, and that a respected vet surgeon told me getting urine from the bladder can cause bad scarring and after all the surgeries he's done, he highly recommends against it. Instead of trying to collaborate on this information I know about my pet's experience and this information provided from another doctor, and determine what we can do for him, she said unless I can show her the respect she needs because she went to medical school for ten years, maybe I should find another doctor. These vets don't want a thoughtful customer or anyone that has any thoughts other than, "Yes doctor." It appears they think people that haven't gone to medical school can't actually learn anything from experience with their own pet or reading scholarly publications or talking with other doctors, and have nothing to add to the discussion about their loved one's care. They don't have any interest in their patients sharing any pertinent and important information that might conflict with their current status quo of what they do in a situation, and don't care to collaborate or discuss options on how to make the best informed decisions about their loved ones care. They only want customers who don't think, blindly follow what they say, never question it, even if their patient's information is valid, contradictory, and from a reputable source (such as previous experience or another vet). They just want to easy make money, be treated as gods because they went to medical school, and never be questioned. These doctors are like vet fast food. Shame on them for putting their ego ahead of what is best for their patients. I would not recommend this vet to anyone who cares about their pet. There are plenty of better, kinder, more thoughtful and less narcissistic vets here.I will say that the two ladies who work the desk might be the nicest, loveliest people I've met, and really they are the only reason I didn't leave after the appalling experience with the first doctor. I'm sorry to leave this honest review, but I want to save someone from the experiences I've had here. Your pet would be better off anywhere else than with these two heartless, rude doctors. Read Less
