I cannot say enough good things about Dr. G and the wonderful staff here at the hospital. If you own ferrets, you understand medical knowledge of them in Rochester is limited at best - and most often times its guessing and speculation as to effective treatment. That is not the case here - Dr. G and Dr. Scarpulla are not only extremely well educated, but also go out of their way to continuously study ferret health and the latest treatments available for them. I can't stress how amazing it is to have office staff who know you by name, pet, and even voice over the phone. They know exactly whats going on with your pet without having to access records, and will remember everything about you each time you see them. I have never been on hold for more than 30 seconds, and have always had the best interaction with all of them. They really get to know you here, and are long term staff - not constantly rotating interns or clerical. Aside from the immense knowledge of the doctors, they are the reason I will never be leaving this office. Other vets in the area have misdiagnosed and even killed our ferrets with lethal doses of medicine - however thanks to Dr G and staff we have enjoyed several more years with our little guys with proper treatment. That alone is something we can never repay them for. Read Less
