My dog Zeus was a patient here and we recently left because of the internal customer service and processes of this facility. The office documented instances that were untrue and when I called to speak with the person in Client Services who has the responsibility to work through customer-related issues, she said that their system puts the nc/ns in automatically. I told her I understood that but when I called to provide narrative around the issues, it was as if she hadn't heard a word I said. Zeus was scheduled for a fasted test, he ate food and I called them as soon as they opened and brought him in the next day fasted. Although I called to explain that he had eaten that morning, it was documented as a nc/ns. Zeus was scheduled for a deep teeth cleaning and to be neutered. The Dr. called me the day before to postpone the procedure in favor of him being referred to an actual dentist to pull his tooth. Although it was the Dr. who suggested postponement for an issue that hadn't even been determined necessary (tooth-pulling) it was considered a nc/ns. Finally, they made an "appointment" just for me to speak with someone, I talked with them over the phone instead. They documented this as a nc/ns. Seeing as though they did not consider any of this before all of the misrepresentation, I decided to leave and find a vet that would welcome my family member and treat our family with dignity. The new vet called to say that Stone Ridge transferred our file and told them that I had no call no shows on my record, furthering slandering my name making it difficult to have a good relationship with the new vet. This is not the end of this but it will suffice for now.

Took my dog there for an infected cut I knew there was one on his leg. They took him in back for exam and when she came back I was told there was no problem and my dog was not lame. It cost $97, when I got home dog was still limping. So I was checking him out and found the vet miss a cut on the dogs pad it was 3/4 inch long and 1/4 inch deep and infected. I think the young vet was afraid of large dogs and didn't do a thorough exam. When she came in the room the first time she held her hands out like she was unsure. I would not recommend this vet.

I am a newer patient at Stone Ridge Veterinarian Hospital and I couldn€t be more grateful that I have found them. When taking my cat there, I have seen both Dr. Raven and Dr. Martini. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate, and truly care about the wellbeing of their pet patients. Upon checking my cat and what she was experiencing, they were immediately able to tell what was wrong. They performed tests, x-rays, and examinations, and had full confidence of what they found and how to treat it. They were able to quickly identify things that other vets weren€t able to, and they acted on it fast. I completely trust them and their expertise. Everything that they have suggested and provided to me has been wonderful and has helped tremendously. Everyone in their office is warm, welcoming, and compassionate, from the front desk to the techs to the doctors. I know I€ve mentioned compassionate a couple of times, but I can€t stress it enough how caring they are for the animals they treat. I highly recommend Stone Ridge Veterinarian Hospital to anyone who wants the highest quality and utmost care for their pet. I€m so grateful for the care they gave to my cat, and I know she€s in the best hands at Stone Ridge.

I would never take my pets any place else; this place and the doctors and staff are phenomenal! Always, always kind and courteous when I call for appointments or information, greeted by name (both me and my dog!) when we arrive, staff is so kind and so are the doctors. No question is treated as "silly", they give you all the info you could ever want, there are refreshments while you wait; I can't say enough good things about this veterinary hospital!

The vet techs were great, the vet we seen was also great. The front desk is not so great, we called ahead because we were low on funds before the Christmas holiday and talked to a receptionist who told us what the price would be for the visit. When all was said and done, our charges were triple what we were told. None of the receptionist would admit they told us one thing and charged another. We even spoke with the head vet lady who basically told us we were lieing! Very expensive place and obviously shady pricing. They don't stand by their word. The receptionist straight lied about withholding fees we were going to be charged and cost us a bunch of money and then threw us off the bus and wouldn't stand by what she said. I will never go there again!

During marleys appointment all they did was try to sell sell sell more shots and more tests on Marley. Absolutely awful. Do not recommended this place to anyone!!

I just wanted to let you all know how amazing this place and the staff here is! It's been a tough couple of years for my fur babies and I and every time we go in the staff, is simply second to none. They are friendly and courteous and always with a smile! And when it came to to most difficult decisions they were right there for me from beginning to end, I even got very nice little mementos and cards from the staff!!!! We tried here because our home visiting Dr. retired. This location was close to home and our Maggie did not like the car very much. We brought her here for her immunizations in January even though we knew she was slowing down quite a bit at 12.5 years. She had an ok winter but we knew something was way off the 1st of March and Dr. K. Smith ran the appropriate tests and asked all the right questions. Within an hour we knew what we were dealing with and Dr. Smith was professional and sympathetic to our feelings. We asked for her when we decided to help Maggie over the rainbow bridge and although this was an incredibly difficult time for us... Dr. Smith and the staff made our last moments with her peaceful and they were very comforting to us. The card and poem with her paw print was a very sweet touch.

I have taken my animals to Stone Ridge Veterinary Hospital since 2003. The staff is wonderful and has always treated me and my animals with great respect and dignity. In Janurary, 2015 I had to have my beloved dog, Corky, put down and I couldn't have asked for better care for either of us. Dr. Banks was very patient with me and let me spend as much time as I needed with Corky, both before and after his death. The techs had also come to know Corky well (due to different health issues) and were also very supportive both before and after his death. I now have a new puppy and he is receivng the same great treatment from Dr. Banks and the staff.

My cats have been cared for by Dr. Banks at Stone Ridge Veterinary Hospital for more than 20 years now. I currently have two older kitties and we always have a good experience at Stone Ridge. Dr. Banks is thorough - she asks great questions and gives excellent advice. All of the staff is kind and very considerate of my cats and of me when I bring them in. They offer a full array of services, from nail trimming to flea protection. I highly recommend Stone Ridge for animals of any age.

Yes it's a little more pricey then others but I was always pleased with how my Caesar and I were treated! I recently lost my fur buddy and i was a mess. The staff was kind and warm and very sympathetic to what I was going through. They thought of things I didn't even think of til after. Like about a week after I received a letter in the mail from them with my guys paw print on it. My heart melted, cried, and sang at the same time. One of the other staff members Sandy personally sent me a letter also. Although they are very professional they are also very loving. Thank you. Everyone!

We have taken our cats and dogs here for about 15 years. We thought about changing because they are a little expensive but it's close to home, and they take such good care of our animals that I think we'll stay. The people are always friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely love animals. The boarding for your dog is also very good. I've had bad experiences elsewhere but this place is very good. When I picked up my dog after our trip, he seemed very happy and they gave us a picture of him playing at the place. They gave him a bandanna to wear home too.Mark D

They were able to quickly identify things that other vets weren€t able to, and they acted on it fast. I completely trust them and their expertise. Everything that they have suggested and provided to me has been wonderful and has helped tremendously. Everyone in their office is warm, welcoming, and compassionate, from the front desk to the techs to the doctors. I know I€ve mentioned compassionate a couple of times, but I can€t stress it enough how caring they are for the animals they treat. I highly recommend Stone Ridge Veterinarian Hospital to anyone who wants the highest quality and utmost care for their pet. I€m so grateful for the care they gave to my cat, and I know she€s in the best hands at Stone Ridge.

I would never take my pets any place else; this place and the doctors and staff are phenomenal! Always, always kind and courteous when I call for appointments or information, greeted by name (both me and my dog!) when we arrive, staff is so kind and so are the doctors. No question is treated as "silly", they give you all the info you could ever want, there are refreshments while you wait; I can't say enough good things about this veterinary hospital!

They were able to fit my sick dog in for a walk-in appointment at 7pm, and were expecting her by name once we got there. Great place, would highly recommend!

The vet techs were great, the vet we seen was also great. The front desk is not so great, we called ahead because we were low on funds before the Christmas holiday and talked to a receptionist who told us what the price would be for the visit. When all was said and done, our charges were triple what we were told. None of the receptionist would admit they told us one thing and charged another. We even spoke with the head vet lady who basically told us we were lieing! Very expensive place and obviously shady pricing. They don't stand by their word. The receptionist straight lied about withholding fees we were going to be charged and cost us a bunch of money and then threw us off the bus and wouldn't stand by what she said. I will never go there again!

Stone Ridge is top rated in my book. I have been bringing my 4 legged best friends here since it was Willis Animal Clinic, which amounts to over 20 years. Dr. Cassie Pettyjohn is AWESOME and she cares so deeply about her clients and their owners. Her staff is AWESOME as well. I would travel however far to bring my animals here.

During marleys appointment all they did was try to sell sell sell more shots and more tests on Marley. Absolutely awful. Do not recommended this place to anyone!!

So far so good..I was a little hesitant about leaving Bailey in a new place...but after the staff showed me around where he would play,eat, and be taken care of I felt better....the report card after he was picked up was nice...they give you photos of your pet through the day on the report card and also describes his interaction with the other dogs.They did a great job....and have earned much business if ever I need puppy day care.Great company.

I just wanted to let you all know how amazing this place and the staff here is! It's been a tough couple of years for my fur babies and I and every time we go in the staff, is simply second to none. They are friendly and courteous and always with a smile! And when it came to to most difficult decisions they were right there for me from beginning to end, I even got very nice little mementos and cards from the staff!!!! We tried here because our home visiting Dr. retired. This location was close to home and our Maggie did not like the car very much. We brought her here for her immunizations in January even though we knew she was slowing down quite a bit at 12.5 years. She had an ok winter but we knew something was way off the 1st of March and Dr. K. Smith ran the appropriate tests and asked all the right questions. Within an hour we knew what we were dealing with and Dr. Smith was professional and sympathetic to our feelings. We asked for her when we decided to help Maggie over the rainbow bridge and although this was an incredibly difficult time for us... Dr. Smith and the staff made our last moments with her peaceful and they were very comforting to us. The card and poem with her paw print was a very sweet touch.

I have taken my animals to Stone Ridge Veterinary Hospital since 2003. The staff is wonderful and has always treated me and my animals with great respect and dignity. In Janurary, 2015 I had to have my beloved dog, Corky, put down and I couldn't have asked for better care for either of us. Dr. Banks was very patient with me and let me spend as much time as I needed with Corky, both before and after his death. The techs had also come to know Corky well (due to different health issues) and were also very supportive both before and after his death. I now have a new puppy and he is receivng the same great treatment from Dr. Banks and the staff.

My cats have been cared for by Dr. Banks at Stone Ridge Veterinary Hospital for more than 20 years now. I currently have two older kitties and we always have a good experience at Stone Ridge. Dr. Banks is thorough - she asks great questions and gives excellent advice. All of the staff is kind and very considerate of my cats and of me when I bring them in. They offer a full array of services, from nail trimming to flea protection. I highly recommend Stone Ridge for animals of any age.

Yes it's a little more pricey then others but I was always pleased with how my Caesar and I were treated! I recently lost my fur buddy and i was a mess. The staff was kind and warm and very sympathetic to what I was going through. They thought of things I didn't even think of til after. Like about a week after I received a letter in the mail from them with my guys paw print on it. My heart melted, cried, and sang at the same time. One of the other staff members Sandy personally sent me a letter also. Although they are very professional they are also very loving. Thank you. Everyone!

We have taken our cats and dogs here for about 15 years. We thought about changing because they are a little expensive but it's close to home, and they take such good care of our animals that I think we'll stay. The people are always friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely love animals. The boarding for your dog is also very good. I've had bad experiences elsewhere but this place is very good. When I picked up my dog after our trip, he seemed very happy and they gave us a picture of him playing at the place. They gave him a bandanna to wear home too.Mark D
