Our Practice Philosophy:
People have owned pets since history was first recorded. The benefits of pet ownership are myriad, but all focus around the human-animal bond. For example, the unconditional love of a dog for his owns, the personal sense of value and responsibility taught to a child derived from caring for an animal, the companionship of a cat to her senior citizen owner, and the relief of daily stress achieved by stroking an animal's fur all contribute to our individual and collective mental health.
Our objective is to nurture the human-animal bond by speaking for the pet, educating his owner about his condition and working to return him to health.
We provide premium service, accurate diagnoses and modern treatments based on solid medical principles. We practice both the art and the science of veterinary medicine to the best of our ability.

I used Dr Nachbar for many years to care for my Dogs, cats and Parrot. Competent, kind, thoughtful, communicative are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe him. The care my animals received was always top notch. I trust him far more than my human care providers. :) do not hesitate to select him as your veterinarian!

We had our first visit there today, I've been searching for a new vet after a very bad experience. Our dog is usually fearful and growly at the vets, but at Dr. Nachbar's she was wagging her tail and eating treats. The staff is exceptionally kind and caring and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. I will be singing your praises!

I've brought my dogs here for years. It began with a surgical referral from someone who took over my original Vet's practice. My girl never had the surgery because it was deemed unnecessary and she lived out a great life to the age of 14 under Dr. Nachbar's care. After that first visit, I pulled both my dogs out of the care of the previous provider and have been a faithful client ever since. The expertise, the education and the love of his work sets Dr. Nachbar far above the rest. I recommend this Vet 100%.

Cares more for holidays than our pets. We needed a vet the day after Thanksgiving, (I can understand being closed Thanksgiving), but they were closed, so we went to another vet that WAS open. That was the last time we used this vet. A veterinarian is not an auto repair shop or a store, and to be closed the whole weekend was, in my opinion, wrong.

Dr. Nachbar is just fantastic. He makes time to see our crew, and is always available for emergencies. I have recommended Dr. Nachbar to everyone that I know!!! Even Dani and all of the Techs are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Nachbar and his practice to everyone. He certainly goes above and beyond in his care for all of our critters, and it shows.

Years ago I was visiting from Ohio and my male Samoyed developed a UTI on Christmas Eve! We were also having very blustery weather and I didn't think I could make it to the Vet ER hospital. I took a chance and called Scott and he answered and met me at his office. What a great guy and vet! He has seen several of my dogs over the years and he's excellent.

We had our first visit there today, I've been searching for a new vet after a very bad experience. Our dog is usually fearful and growly at the vets, but at Dr. Nachbar's she was wagging her tail and eating treats. I've brought my dogs here for years. It began with a surgical referral from someone who took over my original Vet's practice. My girl never had the surgery because it was deemed unnecessary and she lived out a great life to the age of 14 under Dr. Nachbar's care. Years ago I was visiting from Ohio and my male Samoyed developed a UTI on Christmas Eve! We were also having very blustery weather and I didn't think I could make it to the Vet ER hospital.
