We used to take our dog, Daisy, to see Dr. Reilly. He was so caring and really has a love for animals. Daisy never minded going into the office and was always wagging her tail. I was sad to lose him as a vet when we moved out of state, and we never found anyone who was as amazing as he was. We fully trusted him. He took amazing care of Daisy! I strongly recommend Dr. Reilly to anyone who is looking for a vet for a new pet, or thinking about switching vets because they aren't happy with the care their current vet is giving to their pet. I've been bringing my " boys " there since 2001, when I moved down to Lake View in Hamburg, which is still a 35 mile drive each way. From when you walk in till you leave,it felt like you were with family. From the exciting times of a new puppy, to the saddest of times which seem unthinkable, the care and concern for you as a person, and your pet as a family member, is overwhelming. Dr. Reilly makes me feel like a brother to him. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for us over the years. My first experience with this hospital was not a great one, but after receiving my feedback of the visit, the doctor personally called me to discuss the details of my perspective. This was a really unexpected phone call, and we discussed how I felt the visit was impersonal and hurried. He apologized for his part in my experience. I am happy at a different center at this point but would reconsider becoming a client of Springville Animal Hospital if the need arises in the future. We used to take our dog Daisy to see Dr. Reilly until we moved out of state in 2005. He was an amazing vet and I fully trusted him with her. She was never scared to go in, as a matter of fact she would practically pull me in there and she always liked sitting by the window to check out the birds. She was a big dog so many times Dr. Reilly would just get on the floor with her, pet her of course, and examine her. It was hard to leave him and once we got to our destination, it took us several years to find another that was almost just as great as he is. Daisy passed last year at the age of 14 (only one month shy of her 15th!), which was devastating. He is an amazing vet and trustworthy.
