On December 12, 2016 late Sunday I had to bring my 7 year old Yorkie, named Gia to South Shore Vet, as mine was closed, she was having trouble breathing, upon arrival all they cared about was if I had a credit card on me before they started treatment as my poor Gia was turning blue, on Monday morning my Gia passed away as I was in the room with her saying my goodbyes, Samatha I believe her name was, busted into my private moment not even after 5 minutes and wanted to know how I was gonna settle up the bill..it's all about money from every staff member I came across, there was Zero compassion, zero concern, zero sympanthy I truly believe since I only gave them 500.00 dollars on sunday, and am not a women of means, they sedated my Gia, and just let her die instead of doing all means to help save her. From the minute you walk in the door it's money money money, the staff was rude, and so un simpathetic. Please if you love your Pet go to the 24 hr vet at Richmond ave nd victory blvd...I hear they are Fabulous. RIP Gia love your Mom hope we can save other's.. Read Less
