This place is filled with a bunch of thieves that they gave my 10 year old cat a enema because he lost his appetite and he came home in worse condition and now it's been almost 24 hours since he last ate . You would think the next day that they would be open? No. They made a few bucks and just close the next day. The doctor if you call her that. Gave no meds . Gave him the enema wide awake. Was rough with him . There is some old hippy guy that just sits there at the reception desk but don't answer the phone. All they wanted was my 500 bucks and left me and my cat in pain. I promise everything i say ids true and now i have to spend money i don't have taking my cat to a real vet. Email me if you want proof . If my cat lives . Praying . They can take my 500 and buy a conscience .
Update: Cat died in hospital right after my first review(rant) . They never took my Cats temp ,nor urine that day so Pleasent Plains Hospital is where he died . The Dr. finally returned our msg after numerous calls and me going there and was told that the "Dr". was on vacation??? What?? She finally says to me that the Cat is dying and has stage 4 kidney disease and needs to be put down . They knew all along and took me and gave my Cat a enema for nothing but to put him in worse shape than he was in . Whatever dying plus what they did . I urge that you please consider this the last place that you would sent a loved one . Yeah thanks a lot.Oh and they charged me 565 bucks when PP animal hospital is way way cheaper, cleaner and overall real .

Affordable and compassionate. When I'm stupid enough to have a child I'll be trusting Jenkins with its health care as well

I have been using the clinic and the boarding facilities for over 10 yrs. Ken is awesome and has always played and kept my rambunctious boys busy while I attended to my dogs and has always been unders...
I have been using the clinic and the boarding facilities for over 10 yrs. Ken is awesome and has always played and kept my rambunctious boys busy while I attended to my dogs and has always been understanding to my situation. He is an all around great person and it is an honor to know him. Recently due to illnesses both my senior dogs had to be euthanized. Dr. Jenkins ran all the right diagnostic tests and did not run unnecessary tests like other vets would have. Dr. Jenkins is an exceptional vet and I cannot express in words how caring and empathetic she is and what great veterinary care she gave my dogs. She always went above and beyond for my dogs. She came in on her day off to ease their pain and send them off to the rainbow bridge. They made a very hard time easier for me. John the vet tech knew my dogs for years and is the best around. He treated my dogs as if they were his own. The care and empathy of the vets, vet techs, the owner (Ken) and staff is the best around. I am glad I found this great clinic and I cannot recommend them enough or thank them enough.

We've been using Clinic at Country Estates for my dog since she was about a year old. She's a large, very hyper dog, but they always treat her well. She once had a small mass on her side that she had irritated. It was getting infected, so we called and they admitted her to the kennel for a free overnight stay so that they could keep an eye on her and she could have emergency surgery first thing in the morning. She recovered from the surgery quickly, and has had no other issues since then. I'm so grateful to have a veterinarian that I trust!

I had a bad experience at this vet, I have a cat that has been with me for more than 10 years therefore I wanted to take her to a vet who would treat her delicately, unfortunately i found this place online and decided to give it a try, I came in for a complete check up for my lovely cat, aside from the other exams they suggested to check her for worms therefore in order for them to do so they would need a stool sample witch I agreed but I mentioned I would have to return in a couple of days to bring back a sample hence accepting the service, so they changed their mind and said she could take a sample right there, so I was told to wait in the waiting room and it's when I heard my cat scream hard a loud meaoooow and I didn't notice till I arrived back home that she was bleeding in her part.
This truly made me sad, I simply called in for the result and never came back, my cat was bleeding for more than three days I took her to get checked somewhere else.
Sad that there are vets that treat pets so bad.

This place is filled with a bunch of thieves that they gave my 10 year old cat a enema because he lost his appetite and he came home in worse condition and now it's been almost 24 hours since he last ate . We've been using Clinic at Country Estates for my dog since she was about a year old. She's a large, very hyper dog, but they always treat her well. She once had a small mass on her side that she had irritated.
