I moved to Hawthorne about 6 months ago with our two cats, and recently a puppy. Dr. Patel, Ally and Jen have been superb with their care. Everyone is incredibly friendly, but most important, they are invested in giving the best care to my pets. I'm so happy to have found a great team!

I've never met such a decent compassionate Veterinarian as Dr. Harshad Patel. He has been a good vet over the years, makes right choices and doesn't get rattled by the dayley world, at least not when he is with YOUR animal. He is strong and unlike some Vets, will include nail clipping in his examinations for free. Dr. Patel, understands that some people are not wealthy, but love their pets and really it is a symbiotic relationship between the pet and the owner. I think Dr. Patel sees this. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Veterinarian. Thank you, Dr. Patel, Julie & John

They are the BEST! They genuinely care about your animals and always check up on them. My cat went to the emergency room and wasn't even seen by Dr. Patel but they have still called me to see how she'...
They are the BEST! They genuinely care about your animals and always check up on them. My cat went to the emergency room and wasn't even seen by Dr. Patel but they have still called me to see how she's doing multiple times, even two weeks later. I am so happy with them and so happy that my animals have a vet that I can count on and who really, really wants them to be healthy and happy!

Dr. Patel and his staff are true animal lovers. My husband and I take our family pets to him and can feel the warmth and concern palpably.
Recently, we had to put our cat to sleep unexpectedly. The time (3 hours), space (he let us stay in the room with Meowmers), and compassion Dr. Patel and his staff shown us made the terrible situation a little more bearable.

Downright frightening..... The old vet that used to own this place was amazing. Dr. Paliski, the new guy however, Harshad, is... I can't think of a word besides unprofessional. He has no idea what is going on, and seems more eager to perscribe drugs (always brand name I may add, which is super expensive). My cat has a problem with crystals in his urinary tract and after keeping him on Amoxocillin (or rather brand name Clavamox) for 2 weeks decided to throw him on Baytril which causes blindness in cats in as little as 2 doses. When I addressed this issue with him he was nothing but rude and condescending, and proceeded to leave the front desk and make the techs speak to me. He doesn't deserve the practice he has purchased. Don't go here.

I've never met such a decent compassionate Veterinarian as Dr. Harshad Patel. He has been a good vet over the years, makes right choices and doesn't get rattled by the dayley world, at least not when he is with YOUR animal. He is strong and unlike some Vets, will include nail clipping in his examinations for free. Dr. Patel, understands that some people are not wealthy, but love their pets and really it is a symbiotic relationship between the pet and the owner. I think Dr. Patel sees this. They are the BEST! They genuinely care about your animals and always check up on them. My cat went to the emergency room and wasn't even seen by Dr. Patel but they have still called me to see how she's doing multiple times, even two weeks later. Downright frightening..... The old vet that used to own this place was amazing. Dr. Paliski, the new guy however, Harshad, is... I can't think of a word besides unprofessional. He has no idea what is going on, and seems more eager to perscribe drugs (always brand name I may add, which is super expensive).
