This review is based on my most recent experience with this clinic. If I could give a 0/5 I would. I really did want to love this place. The facilities are nice, and everything appears optimal. Unfortunately, experience, personable staff, and knowledge are on the lower end of this location's spectrum. Despite records, recommendations via other boarding facilities, and others vouching for my animal, they concluded my 11 year old male cat was too "aggressive" to board. Now, whilst getting a shot, which he hates doing (like many animals), he was loud, but mainly was scared of the vets. Other than on a table for shots, he is a very lovable little (that one is subjective, as he's a big ball of fur) ball of fur. He's been boarded at least 10 times at another location with absolutely zero problems. He's never showed aggression, and actually was the boarding clinic's favorite animal to have. Their kids would bring him outside to play and they loved him. So, simply based on one doctor (who quite frankly, for some reason was particularly rude to me off the bat - for reasons unbeknownst to me - ) saying my cat was an aggressive cat, they cannot board him. I would love to bring him to the other location that was once his usual, but unfortunately it is 6.5 hours away. The worst part, you may ask? I scheduled this appointment nearly a month ago, and they just let me know all of this now. I leave for vacation in a week, for which I will be gone for 10 days. So, not only are they disrespectful, they have no grasp of the idea of punctual business practices. I will probably not be able to even take my vacation now, because simply, there isn't enough time for me to scramble to get a reservation at another place. This is my first vacation in two years. I really just wanted to love this place, but the amount of miscommunication and disrespect has turned it into quite a horrible experience. Also, to make matters worse, my father has talked to the place 3 times in a week (while I was at work, thank goodness for him). Not 3 days ago he was talking about this same exact situation and they said "We trust you know your animal, and if he's been boarded like that before, then it won't be a problem". I just received the "We can't board him because he's aggressive" call today. Back and forth with this place. I cannot comprehend how they have received such high marks online. What a terrible, terrible experience we have had. I only pray that others are treated with more professionalism than I have been. This isn't including the rudeness that was conveyed over the phone to me, as if I didn't know anything about my animal. I won't even get into that. Though, apparently, I am not the first to have a similar experience by reading the comments. It's really all just a shame. Either way, I wish future customers a better experience than I had.Read Less
