We got our dog in Emma in 2015 from Lollypop Farm. She was from a puppy mill, and a breeder prior to ending up at Lollypop farm and had a very bad surgery that went wrong before we adopted her. We were welcomed at Webster Veterinary Clinic with open arms at our first appointment.Emma spent most of the first 4 to 6 months in and out of the vet's office. After what seemed to be a long time we found out Emma was going to need another surgery because she was extremely sick from the previous surgery. Dr. Gino Sementa performed surgery on Emma when it seemed all was lost and we were going to lose her, he performed a miracle during that surgery and saved her life. We are truly grateful to everyone at Webster Veterinary Clinic.Everyone and Webster Veterinary Clinic are always so friendly, and helpful and compassionate. Having a pet is like having a child because you consider them as part of your family and at each visit, I always feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful place to care for Emma. I highly recommend Webster Veterinary Clinic to everyone is looking for a local vet who is also very compassionate.

Webster Veterinary Clinic is THE place to go for excellent care during your pet's life. No one wants to talk about end of life, but it has to be faced, and is part of the whole package. It is important to address. The compassion, love, and care WVC offers pets at end of life is amazing, as well as empathy for the sobbing, distraught pet owner. It's so wonderful to see a veterinary practice who puts so much time, energy-empathy, and love into their clients, both animal and human. They spend quality time from beginning to end of life. Love this place and cannot say enough nice things. Thank you, Webster Veterinary Clinic, for everything.

I had my 1st visit with my new puppy. The whole staff was amazing. Dr. Sementa went and beyond to answer all questions and concerns. The vet technicians showed us some very helpful & hands on tips to care for ears & nails. At the end I was expecting a larger bill as the vaccines & treatments were adding up. The cost after was fair and reasonable. Less than I was expecting. Overall VERY pleased!

My family and I had no relationship with this practice until the week it became obvious that our beloved 20 yr. 3 mo. old cat had to be put down. Not only did they work us into their schedule and provide incredibly professional guidance and help, we were treated with the deepest respect and compassion during a difficult time. At no point in the appointment were we rushed or encouraged to leave but given the time we needed to say goodbye. Their practice is deeply appreciated.

Fantastic office! The staff squeezed my dog in at closing time when he hurt his leg. The Veterinarian took her time with my dog, was very thorough and didn't rush us out at all, again despite it being closing time. I'm so grateful and so pleased with their service. I will definitely return!

We have been using Webster Veterinary Clinic for many years & they keep getting better & better w/time.
Their newly renovated facilities are wonderful & the staff are genuine, caring & loving people.
Always sensitive & accommodating when issues arise, the docs spend QUALITY TIME w/us, always answering questions & never rushing us out the door.
Additionally, unlike many other veterinary experiences we have had at other facilities, they are NOT gougers!!
The team at Webster Veterinary Clinic are both animal lovers & people lovers. We (& the kids!) recommend them highly & without any reservations whatsoever.

Dr. Lewis is the BEST!! I found her years ago at another vet practice when the vet we were using just didn't seem to want to figure out our dog Joey's health problems. She helped us diagnose a serious kidney problem and ultimately saved his life. She just recently helped us with our dog Tucker when he started having health problems. Unfortunately we had to have Tucker put down right before Christmas, but Dr. Lewis was right there to help us end his life humanely. She is very knowledgeable and a very compassionate doctor! I'm glad she is taking good care of Willson as we navigate ANOTHER TPLO surgery. Thank you Dr. Lewis for the stellar care throughout the years!

They took the time to earn her trust so they could administer the necessary care. I also found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with this place. The vet and staff were wonderful! We switched to them due to our vet not being very helpful when we needed him most. Sadly we only got to work with them one time as it was best to put our dog down. They were wonderful at explaining everything so we could make the best decision possible. They were very patient and compassionate and even sent us a condolence card in the mail!

I have had cats, dogs, and reptiles. My dog needed an urgent appointment and they were able to fit her in on a cancellation slot ( I used to go another vet in Webster but main vet left and then I realized how expensive they were.) Both vets really love what they do and vet techs. as well. $$ is fair and they are up to date on current medical guidelines, immunizations, and do not over charge you. Evening appointments and Saturday appointments as well.

I moved back from Seattle, WA and was on the search for a good vet office. Years ago I had taken my now 13 yr. old German Shepherd to Irondequoit (both locations) and was never really pleased with how they treated my baby girl. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with your staff. Especially Jen Nardone whom has been amazing to my doggy. She takes the extra step to make me and my dog comfortable and informative. I have been coming here for years, and the new ownership is really great. They not only fit my dog in for an emergency appointment on the 4th of July, but they did so with a smile. They are really knowledgeable and available for questions at any time. The office is a little bit older but very clean and the office staff is really nice. Overall, I totally love this vets office.

My family and I had no relationship with this practice until the week it became obvious that our beloved 20 yr. 3 mo. old cat had to be put down. Not only did they work us into their schedule and provide incredibly professional guidance and help, we were treated with the deepest respect and compassion during a difficult time. At no point in the appointment were we rushed or encouraged to leave but given the time we needed to say goodbye. Their practice is deeply appreciated.

Their newly renovated facilities are wonderful & the staff are genuine, caring & loving people.

I have been coming here for years, and the new ownership is really great. They not only fit my dog in for an emergency appointment on the 4th of July, but they did so with a smile. They are really knowledgeable and available for questions at any time. The office is a little bit older but very clean and the office staff is really nice. Overall, I totally love this vets office.
