Got a simple procedure, rabbit neutering, everything went great it seems, the waiting room, which was small, and its receptionists were frantic and overwhelmed but all good people. They called to check up on my rabbits the next day. A very caring and realistic staff and doctors, i listened to some chatter. DO NOT TAKE YOUR RABBITS HERE. The vet will say they are experienced with them but he is not, he instructed me to fast my 5 month old doe before her spay when this is the LAST thing you should be doing to a rabbit, this action could have killed her in surgery and he did not seem to care. I cancelled my appointment immediately. The price may be cheap but you are paying for cheap services and risk injuring your rabbit which needs much different care than cats and dogs. Read Less

Snabble however is an arrogant ass that lacks the ability to interact with the people that pay the bills for the service he provides. The Vet/Owner is an person that should not be caring for animals, was quoted a price by his office, Then tried charging me way over the amount. When I said something he got inches from my face and started screaming at me. His receptionist, or whatever she was, was screaming and swearing. Calling me a liar. The owner/vet threw down the paperwork. Told me to pay the bill and take my dog and get out. Find another vet, and No follow up care for my dog that just had dental work done. Gave him a shot that I advised he did not need. Have never been treated so bad by anyone in the "professional" field before. Have filed complaints with the BBB and The veterinary board. I have been taking my animals (Dogs and Cats) to WAH since 2000 when I first moved to New York. Dr. and his staff have always rendered the best of care to all my animals over the years. He is very straight forward yet shows compassion at the same time. At one point, I moved to a different state and one of my dogs became gravely ill. I had not found a new vet so I called WAH and Dr. S. spoke to me over the phone and told me what I can do fro my dog in the meantime, and what to look for with a new vet given the illness in question. I find he does not do anything more than necessary as far as tests and charges when one of my animals had a sick visit and like they stay on top of immunizations when they are due and get notices well in advance. We have taken our pets here for over 20 years. Doc is caring, compassionate, and truthful. He doesn't pressure you into any decisions, but gives the facts and lets you decide. The facility is always clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens in the summer. The prices are reasonable, and tend to be lower than vets in larger towns.
