STAY FAR AWAY! Do not go here. I had to pick 1 star but this place and Bob Corona deserves zero stars. They do not know how to treat animals or know anything about animals. I have a king charles cavalier which is a breed that is prone to heart disease. We bought my little puppy in with a cough and this "vet" Bob Corona mis diagnosed him with a respiratory infection. My puppy's cough proceeded to get worse and worse. He was only 4 or 5 years old at this point. Even during his normal check ups Bob never checked his heart. He doesn't know the first thing about animals. He actually would tie my dog down to the cold table and he would cry. My puppy was never treated well here (medically and physically), and left with horrible anxiety.  We did our research online and left this hell hole and went to a real vet. My baby was finally treated with a heart murmur but at this point it was too late and should have been on medicine for years. My puppy loves his new vet. He is never tied down and leaves wagging his tail. Bob Corona is a horrible heartless human and should not be treating animals for a living. He is killing animals. What a poor excuse for a vet. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! I have a Cavalier King Charles (a breed prone to a severe heart condition.) My dog became ill and Bob diagnosed him with an upper respiratory infection. He does not know anything about individual dog breeds and their conditions! My dog was coughing, the early signs of mitral valve disease. He did not want to follow up and said my dog would be fine with antibiotics. However, my dog had a murmur for 2 years, which he failed to pick up on. They also muzzled my dog because they were only interested in cutting his nails every time we went there which gave him more anxiety. When I brought my dog to another vet, he immediately diagnosed him with heart disease and began treatment. The new vet never muzzles my dog and he leaves wagging his tail. Bob is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE VET! He needs to find another career. I know plenty of people who have had the same experience. He will kill your pet Read Less

If you value the life of your pet, don’t bring them here. This office let my dog die yesterday. After sitting for a day of observation and being told that he was ok but uncomfortable, we got a second call saying that he needed to be rushed to the hospital. By then he was lifeless, in need of CPR and a blood transfusion upon arrival at the hospital. We lost him and found out that this same office killed my brothers dog and my other brothers cat too. WARNING! Dr. is a quack. I adopted my dog from a shelter and as instructed took him immediately to this vet for his initial visit. The adoption papers said dog tested negative for heartworm. Knowing both shelter and negative the Dr. should have, immediately, prescribed my dog heartworm medication to be taken once a month every month. I never owned a dog before and had no idea. Well three months after dog’s initial visit he started vomiting LIVE roundworms and had them in his stool too. A prescription is needed to get heartworm medication. Dr. Quack only gave the dog his monthly prescription for fleas and ticks but nothing for heartworms. If Dr. Quack had prescribed my dog his monthly heartworm medication it too would have treated him for the roundworms. In addition, his office manager and he are rude and ruder. Staff is rude, doctor is ruder. Prices are NEVER what is quoted! My dog has a fear of the vet and was prescribed medicine to calm her even before getting in the door for her checkup but instead of treating her while she was calm, she was caged for over 4 hours. I was then told price would be higher because she is a "bad dog" and more sedation was necessary. Will not be going back here. There has to be a compassionate vet somewhere out there and I will be searching until I find the right one for by baby! Read Less

We explained from the get go that we do not have the money for neurological testing. It was made clear to us that if her blood work came back good they would start her on anti seizure medicine. They even detailed to me the name and suggested dosage so that I can call pharmacies for pricing and to be sure it is in stock. Despite reiterrating this until we were blue in the face they still demanded to send her to a neurologist after her blood work came back normal! They refused to treat her. We wound up having to go to another vet who immediately put her on anti seizure medicine, specifically stating that the medicine is the first step and IF it doesn't work we then explore neurological testing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS TO THIS VET! He will let your cat die. We own four cats and still would if it wasn't for this doctor's negligence. Several weeks ago we took our cat to the vet. Our cat had gone through sudden weight loss and was lethargic. The vet kept him an entire week to treat him for a bladder infection and diabetes (his blood sugar levels were off). When our cat did not respond well, the vet told us he may respond better if he were at home. So he gave us a prescription for insulin and sent him home. When asked whether we should change his diet, we were told to keep it the same. Over the next few weeks, we gave him extra portions of food to try to get him to put the weight back on. He had a good appetite and put on a couple pounds. He wasn't back to normal, but it gave us reason to hope. One night, our cat appeared to be constipated. We would have taken him in again, but he passed it and seemed to be fine after that. A couple weeks after we returned out cat to the vet for the day to have his blood tested. We provided a container of the food he likes so we wouldn't have to worry about him going hungry. After the tests, the vet told us to keep him on the insulin but reduce the amount. By that time, we were certain our cat was not diabetic, but we kept him on the insulin. We switched to feeding him smaller portions more frequently because we were worried that feeding him so much in one sitting had caused the constipation. Over the past couple weeks, he did not improve, but he did not get any worse. So we stuck with the treatment. HIs appetite did ease up, but it was back to normal for him, so we were not concerned. We took him back in for another day of blood tests, so they could see what his levels were. Again we sent over a container of food with him. After the tests, the vet told us not to change anything and sent him home. The difference in our cat after just one day at the vet was dramatic. He had lost all of the weight, was very unsteady on his feet and was very very lethargic. We thought it was the stress of being at the vet that caused the change and tried to make him comfortable. Over the next few days, we noticed a marked decrease in his appetite. We brought him in to urgent care, because he was constipated again. The urgent care told us that our cat was too far gone, that we could put him through surgery, but there was no guarantee of success. In looking over the blood work that the vet completed, they told us that the vet should have referred us to urgent care after the first set of blood tests. Our cat had a severe bladder infection and was anemic and this vet was repeatedly DRAWING BLOOD so he could test the blood sugar. This vet was in over his head and was not equipped to handle our cat's situation, yet he strung us along. Now our beloved cat is dead. Our cat was a member of our family. It is a horrible feeling to have lost him because of one man's neglect. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR FAMILY!!!Read Less

My dog came inside from playing and I noticed her foot bleeding so I brought her to All pets animal hospital. Being new to the area I didn't have time to do my research, seeing how this was an emergency. So, with that being said my dog is very talkative but extremely friendly, from the moment I walked in to this place I felt like we weren't welcome. The staff in the front looked at me like I had some nerve coming in and disrupting their day. Every question I asked was answered with a question tone or an attitude. When I got called in I did in fact have a very nice tech/assistant come in and see what she had to tell the doctor to prepare for. When the doctor finally came in he walked right in and looked at her foot quickly with in 1 min he already decided she needed surgery and gave her an antibiotic shot and took her blood. Without putting any kind of magnifying glasses on for a better look or anything. He was very sweet to my dog but he wouldn't tell me what he thought it was or what it looked like to him etc. All he told was to get a quote in the front because it needs to be removed. Cost for this visit about $300.00He didn't ask if I had questions or concerns didn't tell me the risks..... Obviously I had to do my own research and I took her in to get what he said was a cyst removal. The growth was not big, about the size of a pea but still agreed to get it removed. I dropped her off the night before (Monday) and when she was done (Tuesday am) they told me they wanted to keep her over night one more time. I agreed just to give her a little extra time before she comes home to my other dog. When I called Wednesday morning they said the doctor recommended to keep her until Saturday!! Easy way to try to manipulate a young girl with her dog, I respectfully declined but they still tried pushing it on me. You Cost of this visit about $700.00When we saw her she was lethargic..... As soon as she walked in the door she drank what seemed like a 1/2 gallon of water, and a ton of food. It scared me to think how she would be for 3 more nights. I'm not the type of person to write a long unhappy yelp review but this is not the place you go if you want personality, understanding, or information. Even though there was 1 great person at this office the greed lack of communication and information really made me uncomfortable to ever go back. Read Less

Never had a good experience here. My family and I took our dog here with a few different issues..he had been sneezing a lot to which the only response dr. Corona had was to stop using fabreeze and scented candles (we didn't use either) which we told him, and he basically just shrugged his shoulders. I mean, really? He also was never too friendly with the dog. You could tell the man didn't give a s***. He told us repeatedly that our dog was over weight and to only feed him a half of cup of food daily, which is an inhumane amount. Our dog was also never, ever overweight. I think he was just dealing with his own self conscious weight issues, lol. Anyway, The staff behind the desk were always rude and I hated the way they treated my dog. My dog has since passed away, unfortunately. But we did begin bringing him to another vet in his last year here with us. Don't bring your animals here, these people don't care about them. Read Less

I took my 13yr old cat there, he was losing weight fast. Dr. Bob diagnosed him as a diabetic. I was given insulin for him and told to give him a shot twice a day and to change his food to a new food regimen that was sold there. I did all that, my cat started to get sick, I called back and one of the dummies that works there said, "if he is getting sick and throwing up his food, then just take it away and don't give him anymore". I was a bit shocked.....but to make a long story short, just one week later I ended up taking my poor fur baby to the nearest animal hospital, where I was questioned about his diet, and the way the insulin shot should have been administered. Come to find out he needed to eat before any shots were given, and not just some dry food, but something binding, like his wet food, and about half a can before each shot! Now mind you, this is my first time having a feline, let alone having to learn to take care of an ill one, so I did not know any of this. But instead of Dr. Bob and his team sending me home with a bag of needles and insulin, what they should have done was have a consultation with me explaining to me that there was a protocol to giving him his shots. Low and behold, I had to put my baby to sleep, his glucose was too low, and he had too much insulin in his system that was making him seize up. I was NEVER informed properly what to do, and since I didn't know any better, I didn't ask the right questions....and because of that, I will never have my little boy again. SHAME ON THIS PLACE!! DO NOT TAKE YOU PRECIOUS FUR BABIES THERE! Read Less

Took my Yorkie there because, ok this sounds funny but I never saw anything like this before, his "little doggie" was out but it was like a big red bubble on the end! I panicked and brought him here. The doctor said that he had a bad infection and told me to leave the room so they can work on him. I was terrified! He came out and said that he was doing better and they got the "bubble" down, but he needed lots of medications and wanted him to stay overnight!! I refused to let him stay, he was trying to guilt me into it, but something kept telling me no! I took him home and went to my neighbor who is a breeder. She told me he had nothing but an, ok don't laugh, ... erection. I tell you, I have had dogs my whole life, never did it look like this. It looked painful! Dr. Bob has seen my dog since the day after I adopted him 3 years ago. I did have some issues with the desk staff not recording info correctly in the beginning but haven't had any problems since. I have never had to wait anything more than 5 or 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. The techs that see me and my little buddy show a clear love of animals and this means a lot to me seeing as my guy still seems to be shell shocked by the shelter he was rescued from. Dr. Corona explains everything he is doing as he goes through his exam and as the time has passed since we started going there, has become quite chatty. He shares stories of his own experiences with his own dog and his love of animals can clearly be heard. My only complaint is that I wish they had better parking... Read Less

I'm not surprised at all by the disgusting reviews of this place. Although I never had a problem with Dr. Corona himself, one receptionist in particular ruined this place for us. My boyfriend and I recently adopted two kittens, and since we live nearby, we took them to All Pets Animal Hospital to have them checked out. Whenever we called to make appointments, we always seemed to get the same rude receptionist on the other line. She was never in a good mood and always talked over us. She obviously lacks people skills. No "Hi how are you?" or "Hello" or anything similar when we walked in, but instead she just kept typing, pretending to ignore us for a few minutes as we stood at the desk (she did this EVERY SINGLE TIME). Way to make us feel unwelcome. She seemed very unhappy and came off as rude the few times we went there. The last time I went there, I couldn't believe her attitude. I had to pick up my kittens after being spayed and neutered, and she told me the female had to stay the night, which is fine (I wish I was told this sooner). She printed out my invoices (expensive for "low-cost neuter/spay") and went over the costs (they also needed shots) and grumbled a few things like a robot about not feeding my cat when I bring him home. This whole time she was talking down to me like I was a mentally-unstable 12-year-old, looking directly into my eyes like a crazy **** trying to intimidate me or something. It was like she thought I was an irresponsible kid (I'm in my mid-20s but look young for my age). After almost every sentence, she said "Do you understand?" like I was a child in the principal's office. I asked when I can pick up my female kitten and she said the next morning, so I asked when they open and she said "8:30." So the next day comes around, my boyfriend and I both took a personal hour from our jobs to go get her, and another receptionist that was there said we can't pick up our cat because pick-up time begins at 10:00. Nobody told us that. In my opinion, some of the staff is unprofessional and clearly stressed or perhaps they just have bad attitudes for no reason, which is quite sad. Seriously, lighten up. It'll help everyone in the environment, including yourself. Who wants to have to put up with that when you're going somewhere that's supposed to be comforting? Read Less

I brought my dog here last week in a panic because she just had a seizure (note: she has never had one before, so this was all very overwhelming/shocking). When I first walked in, the receptionist only asked me if my dog was a patient here & then she walked away as soon as I said no. The vet, Dr. Bob Corona, said "I can't help you. I'm leaving soon" and then only referred me to another place that could. Just to paint a picture of the situation, I'm only a teenager and was crying with my little brother and miniature poodle wrapped up in a blanket who looked completely disheveled and sick. The vet then said to me "Wow- it just tears your heart out, huh?" while refusing to fulfill his oath and help my dog. I am more than dissatisfied with this vet and would not recommend anyone take his or her pet to this heartless "vet." After this, I went to a different animal hospital (NOT the one All Pets recommended) and my dog was treated immediately. Dr. Anthony J. Cuccaro of Amityville Animal Hospital was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, consoled me, and was able to diagnose and treat the source of my dog's seizure. Read Less

I just had a great experience, the vet was quick and efficient and the staff was courteous and friendly. The vet nurse I guess you would call him even clipped my dog's nails and drained her anal glands during the initial check. Also I noticed how the previous post mentioned the vet made a comment about her dog's weight without knowing the actual number. I'm not sure if it's new but there's a large scale right in the lobby that my dog and at least one other dog I witnessed get on the scale and give their weight to the nurse.I will be bringing my dog back. Our beloved senior dog's health suddenly deteriorated and we made the difficult decision to have her humanely euthanized, and only went to All Pets Hospital because it was in the immediate area and we could no longer bear to see her in pain. We also wanted her to die with dignity, and that giving her a more graceful departure would be our last gift to her.Unfortunately, that it not what played out. Even though we had a scheduled appt and were promised help getting her out of the car as soon as we got there, we were left standing there helpless/and pleading while the receptionist had us wait 15 minutes while she answered her phone calls.Once inside the exam rm. we found Dr Corona to be seemingly indifferent and unaffected. He said all but a few words, and left immediately after giving our fur friend her first injection. For the next 15 minutes we could hear him outside outside our door arguing with what was apparently another disgruntled patron. He eventually returned (albeit briefly) on to give the next/last injection.Feeling especially vulnerable over the sudden loss at that time, we were dissuaded from making our own arrangements/burial arrangements (all of our other animal companions are buried here at home) and talked into cremations services. After we came to our senses several hours later, we were relieved to learn that our dear fur bud was still there, since we then learned that "pick-up for the crematorium is only once a wk on Wednesdays" As soon as we got there, Dr Corona spent the next 15 minutes trying to talk us out of it before telling us we would have to go to the back rm, retrieve the body and carry it out to the car ourselves. To add further insult to injury, the way our beloved dog had been left was anything but dignified (IE left twisted in a bag in her own excrement). There was absolutely NO care and respect shown throughout the whole process!!! When I first took my brand-new baby Siamese cat to All Pets for routine shots I originally had no problem. After she contracted conjunctivitis ,which most kittens get, They gave her and Eye drop medicine and sent me on my way. Shortly after my cat started getting cloudiness in both her eyes .One more than the other. I Brought her back for a visit, Just for the doctor to send me to Eye specialist ,which took all of five minutes ,and I still was charged an office visit. Years went by and because I don't throw any medicine away that was given to my cat I was encouraged to research what type of eyedrop was given to her when she had conjunctivitis. I didn't expect to discover what I did. I found out that the particular eye drop that was given to my cat was not only NOT the preferred eyedrop to use for conjunctivitis in cats but it was also ,from my understanding, antiquated. One of the major side effects was the cause of conjunctivitis. I was totally beside myself to discover this. Not only can my cat not see at all in one eye and less in the other but it will cost thousands to provide her surgery to correct the problem. I only wish I researched the problem sooner than later and did something legally about it. Just for your understanding this conclusion was also verified with a another veterinarian. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this animal Hospital. Read Less

Being new in town, I went to the Vet closest to my home. My pooch hadn't been feeling well and she needed immediate medical attention. I had seen ads in the local pennysaver about All Pets. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Vet was less than friendly with me. He did not introduce himself, which I thought was odd, but he did have a new trainee helping with the dog so I shrugged that off figuring he was just preoccupied.I described my dogs problem and he did nothing more than check her heartbeat, squish her stomach, after which he said she was overweight. How would he know that without ever putting her on a scale? My dog is NOT overweight. She is 10 years old and is at the most 3-4 pounds more than she should be. Then before I knew it, the Vet stuck my dog with an injection.AT NO POINT WHATSOEVER did he tell me what was wrong with my dog and he did not ask my permission to inject her with drugs. I had to stop him and ask him what he was doing and what was wrong with my dog.He said she is old and overweight. He had injected her with cortizone and sent me home with steroids. The examination lasted for about a minute. I find it very hard to believe this man was able top diagnose my dog in that small window of time. This is not normal behavior from a medical professional. The Vet was not a pleasant man and I did not care for the way he does business. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my dog back to him. Read Less

Read Less

This Vet Loves Animals you can tell by how he addresses dogs cats etc as babies or smiles or bends down to go eye to eye with your loved animal and put them At ease even if they are like 10 years old. I switched my vet soon after getting my female Yorkie in 2012 after a horrible experience in having to put my male Yorkie down because of a cold way we were told there was no saving him. The staff is lovable and understanding. Lexy was petrified of vets now she gets excited so much to see him she pees. He bent over backwards got my moms boxer until the day he passed away. He also offers in home visits bathing etc and I find that to be so awesome. He did not charge me an impossible fee for her care and her stay there. His main concern was getting her healthy and strong. I now have an adorable playful cute as can be kitten who you would never know by looking at her, was near death when I found her and brought her into ALL PETS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Anyway, my point is, this doctor played me like a fiddle! Never once saying what it was, and looking to charge me for an overnighter, meds and a follow up visit!!!! Really.... what a scammer!

Read Less
