I took my 13yr old cat there, he was losing weight fast. Dr. Bob diagnosed him as a diabetic. I was given insulin for him and told to give him a shot twice a day and to change his food to a new food regimen that was sold there. I did all that, my cat started to get sick, I called back and one of the dummies that works there said, "if he is getting sick and throwing up his food, then just take it away and don't give him anymore". I was a bit shocked.....but to make a long story short, just one week later I ended up taking my poor fur baby to the nearest animal hospital, where I was questioned about his diet, and the way the insulin shot should have been administered. Come to find out he needed to eat before any shots were given, and not just some dry food, but something binding, like his wet food, and about half a can before each shot! Now mind you, this is my first time having a feline, let alone having to learn to take care of an ill one, so I did not know any of this. But instead of Dr. Bob and his team sending me home with a bag of needles and insulin, what they should have done was have a consultation with me explaining to me that there was a protocol to giving him his shots. Low and behold, I had to put my baby to sleep, his glucose was too low, and he had too much insulin in his system that was making him seize up. I was NEVER informed properly what to do, and since I didn't know any better, I didn't ask the right questions....and because of that, I will never have my little boy again. SHAME ON THIS PLACE!! DO NOT TAKE YOU PRECIOUS FUR BABIES THERE! Read Less
