I bring my 3 pets here. (2 cats and 1 dog) We love Dr. McKenzie he is very nurturing and compassionate towards my little fur family, which is very important to me because my pets are my kiddos. I just love them all so much and it is very refreshing to be able to trust someone with their care. My family has been to a lot of vets in Westchester over the last 40+ years. Bond has been only the 2nd I've actually trusted. They don't order unnecessary tests, they're really gentle but thorough with my cat Ferdinand and they actually care about the health of the animals they treat, not about profit margins. They take the time to explain what they're doing, what they think is going on, test results, and answer any questions you have. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Dog had tail accident charged me 4500 for 2 operations and stitches burst both times. I went to bond because my regular vet was on vacation. I took my dog to my vet when my vet came back after 2 operations and my vet stitched up my dogs tail for 750 dollars and did it succesffully . 3 operations I will never forget the callus doctors at this facilities who had no problem charging 4500 dollars for 2 botched surgeries. Maybe the doctors where not callus but it is unconscionable to charge 2x after botching both surgeries along with the suffering of my dog. If my vet was able to do the operation right the first time he did it why did bond fail both times and charge both times? Pia the office manager responded and confirmed the above and her solution was to let bygones be bygones and to come back to Bond which is obviously unacceptable. This is all well and good but my review should not be expunged from the rest of their only good reviews and be viewable only when logged in to google. my longhair chihuahua was attach by a pit-bull dog he held my dog in his mouth seem like forever well make long store short they pronounce him die. we brought him to Bond Animal Hospital after 2 other turn us away. Bond took him right away kept him 2 night and treatment 3 month later my Apollo that his name 3years old in my town is call the miracle dog . I appreciate their professionalism -- whether it is their vets, their office staff, or their technicians -- and the quality of the care provided. For better and for worse, we have truly appreciated their close working relationship with the Vet Emergency Group so that whenever we've had after-hours care, we knew we could count on a follow-up call from Bond the next morning. I am a hard-grader and four years ago I would have scored this a 4.5 if I could have. i adopted my dog when he was only 9 weeks old from a shelter. i never had a pet before and i did not know how to care for him. Bond Animal Hospital came recommended and i decided to give them a try. the best part i thought was they were right down the street from my home. well let me tell you the best part is the doctors and staff. i picked Geoffrey McKenzie, DVM as my veterinarian and his care and concerns for my dog went well beyond a typical vet visit. when my dog started showing signs of separation anxiety i did not know what to do. i read on the web different ways to handle my dog but none seemed to work and i also did not feel comfortable doing what i read. i stopped into Bond Animal Hospital to ask for their help and i was lucky enough to get an appointment quickly. my appointment was with Shannon James, DVM and Patty Barletta, Assistant and Practice Concierge now this was when i realized that i picked the right animal hospital. since my dog in my eyes is a person with fur i feel very protective of him. the doctor and Patty spent almost an hour with me and then they have been following up with my dogs progress. i am so grateful for their care and their knowledge. i believe that there are other good animal hospitals out there but you will not get the personal attention anywhere else. i cant thank them enough for calming me down and for helping my dog become well-adjusted without trauma.Read Less
