I had to take my beloved dog of 11 years in to be put down. Not only were they super compassionate and supportive but they helped me entertain my two year old so I could spend my last few moments with my boy. I have since received TWO cards from them. One stating they made a donation in his name and planted a tree for him and the second personally signed by each stff member apologizing for my loss

Dr. Wiggens and her staff are extremely caring, friendly and professional. When I take our dog for visits, they are attentive, gentle and know how to handle him. They take excellent care of him and are thorough to make sure nothing is missed. We are truly thankful to have found 4 Paws Veterinary Care, Dr. Wiggens and everyone there. 4 Paws deserves more than 5 stars. I had to carry Jake in to the office the first time I "found" the office. I had been to two other vets and both needed appointments. I was headed back to work when I saw the clinic and stopped in to inquire if they might see him later that day. After describing his condition I was told to go get him and bring him right away. Dr White and the fantastic staff got Jake diagnosed and started treatment right away. I recently had to bring him back due to symptoms that resembled his prior illness(anaplasmosis?) After admitting to the vet tech that I did not complete the entire course of antibiotics she promptly reported (Threw me under the bus!) to Dr White who then came to examine Jake and beat me with a horse whip! Honestly these people are the most caring, professional, thorough technicians and Dr White, Jake and I want you to know we think you are the best veterinarian in the world. We would highly recommend you to anyone. Thanks,Rob Dalton & Jake.

We first met Dr. Wiggins in her former practice where she took great care of our pets, especially when our dog was attacked by a neighbor's Rottweiler that broke it's chain and nearly killed our young dog in our own yard. She treated his many deep lacerations with countless stitches and kept close tabs on him during his recovery. Chance has loved Dr. Wiggins since and we followed her to 4 Paws where she continues to take wonderful care of him, now 14, and our two 4 year-old cats that Dr. Batista raised from 1 day old and we adopted.
All treatment options and costs are discussed and explained at each visit, with no pressure. The staff has always been wonderful with all of our pets and are very helpful at each visit or on the phone.
Levada the groomer has been wonderful with Chance (a Sheepdog mix), even with his advanced arthritis making it difficult to get him in often. She always takes her time with him and has him looking dapper and happy when we pick him up.
We really appreciate the care we receive at 4 Paws and highly recommend them.

The front desk staff seemed nice but the vet was rude and demeaning. It seemed like she didnt like her job and was being bothered to do her job. I wont be coming back. I will gladly take my dog elsewhere to have him treated by someone who cares. Who knows, maybe she was having an off day, but separate work from personal life and treat me and my dog with the respect we deserve.

I've been bringing my pup here since she joined our family 3 years ago. On her first appointment, Dr, Wiggins scooped her up, carried her around the office and gave her treats to make her feel comfortable. She wags her tail when we go to visit and loves the people there, and they all give her love back. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't give enough instructions or let me know when they need specimens for testing and I have to do the extra drive to drop them off another day. And sometimes they run late but that happens in every doctor/vet office where emergencies happen. I recommend them!

I have been using 4 Paws for years, i cant say enough positive about the care our furr babies have received. The whole staff is wonderful and amazing and goes above and beyond for everyone, the most loving and caring experience we ever had was when we lost one of our babies and the Veterinary assistant Danielle went above and beyond with us, she even stayed with our baby till the end. Everytime we go there we look for her, she is amazing with all our babies. We highly recommend 4 Paws.

I've been traveling a good bit this summer, and have had to board my dog, Pablo, a handful times. Everyone at 4 Paws has been incredibly gracious, showing particular care and flexibility when I made an abrupt departure following a family emergency (taking him in the same day I called) and when, returning from the same trip, my flights home got completely wrecked and I picked him up 1.5 days later than I was supposed to. They took care of the vaccines he was due for during his stay, and always show my crazy pup lots of love. I am so grateful for their kindness and the lengths they've gone to to accommodate him when my plans change.

As a current employee of 4 Paws for many years, I have worked alongside Dr Wiggins and the entire team. Her values and integrity are that of the highest level. I trust my pets in her care. I don't recall Jared ever working with the doctor. I was with 4 Paws when Jared was here and I remember the facts very differently. It's important to understand that when an employee is terminated, there may be bitter feelings towards his former employer leading to untruthful comments.

She was rude and incredibly hypocritical, I can see why she was fired from the Nassau Vet Clinic. They frequently make scheduling errors and can't seem to get their act together when it comes to managing appointments. I wouldn't take my animals here - coming from a past employee.

I cannot say enough!! Over the years, I have brought my dogs to many different vets...and 4 Paws is the best by far! The doctors and employees show so much love and affection towards our dog. Our dog attends doggy daycare once a week to let out a bit of energy. His first day Janelle sent us pictures and videos showing how much fun our little baby was having! After sick visits, the doctors actually follows up to see how their patient is doing. They just make you feel very special when you walk through the door ....your not just another client! Thank you to the doctors and all employees especially Janelle for taking such great care of our Sam:)

We have entrusted Four Paws with the care of all our pets since day one. Never a complaint. Today, we experienced the nightmare which no pet owner wants to ever deal with. Our Izzy was struck by a car, in her own driveway, completely accidental.... A tearful call to Four Paws resulted in an immediate invitation to have her come right in and the staff was waiting at the door. She was seen immediately, the Doctor did a preliminary consult within minutes and the staff never left us feeling alone through the experience. The attention Izzy received and the professional, compassionate demeanor of Dr. Wiggins was what got us through a horrible experience (with a favorable end result). I have no doubt that this is what every client should expect and will receive from our Vet... 4 Paws. Doesn't matter who you are; everyone gets the best care possible, every time.

We moved our 3 four-legged kids from TroyVet to 4Paws in early October. On Oct 21st we had to bring our oldest cat, Mindie (15years) to Dr Wiggins on an emergency basis for her very first visit. Considering her condition, we were braced for the worst case scenario but Dr and staff, who were very friendly and understanding, they evaluated and treated her with a shot and a series of pills. Happy to say, to date....Mindie is still doing well!

I pulled into the parking lot for the first time yesterday (as a pet owner) and set my beagle, Bogart, down so I could get out of the car. No more than 10 seconds after his paws touched the pavement, I heard Dr. Wiggins calling his name. The Dr. coming out and meeting me and Bogart in the parking lot gave off a fantastic first impression, she was very welcoming. From the moment we walked through the door to the time we walked out, the experience was a great one. I was concerned about Bogart being scared, but Sierra and the Dr. made him very comfortable in the exam room and throughout the whole process. Bogart even wanted to follow them around the place, he didn't like when they left the room. I will be suggesting 4 Paws to every new pet owner I know. I look forward to bringing him back.

Chance has loved Dr. Wiggins since and we followed her to 4 Paws where she continues to take wonderful care of him, now 14, and our two 4 year-old cats that Dr. Batista raised from 1 day old and we adopted.
All treatment options and costs are discussed and explained at each visit, with no pressure. The staff has always been wonderful with all of our pets and are very helpful at each visit or on the phone.
Levada the groomer has been wonderful with Chance (a Sheepdog mix), even with his advanced arthritis making it difficult to get him in often. She always takes her time with him and has him looking dapper and happy when we pick him up.
We really appreciate the care we receive at 4 Paws and highly recommend them.

The front desk staff seemed nice but the vet was rude and demeaning. It seemed like she didnt like her job and was being bothered to do her job. I wont be coming back. I will gladly take my dog elsewhere to have him treated by someone who cares. Who knows, maybe she was having an off day, but separate work from personal life and treat me and my dog with the respect we deserve.

But I am supremely confident in their staff and in the care plan they have put into place for him. Every member of their staff that I had met was very kind and informative. I left with no need for any further questions. I look forward to our follow-up in two weeks.

My family and I have used this clinic for all our animals for well over 6 years. I don't have enough stars to say how pleased I am with the staff and Dr Wiggins. We have boarded our animals each time we leave for vacation and always know how loved and cared for they are. Can't recommend this clinic enough!!!

The staff were very nice and welcoming and the facility is very nice although we will not return due to this..very disappointing and discusting.

I've been bringing my pup here since she joined our family 3 years ago. On her first appointment, Dr, Wiggins scooped her up, carried her around the office and gave her treats to make her feel comfortable. She wags her tail when we go to visit and loves the people there, and they all give her love back. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't give enough instructions or let me know when they need specimens for testing and I have to do the extra drive to drop them off another day. And sometimes they run late but that happens in every doctor/vet office where emergencies happen. I recommend them!

I have been using 4 Paws for years, i cant say enough positive about the care our furr babies have received. The whole staff is wonderful and amazing and goes above and beyond for everyone, the most loving and caring experience we ever had was when we lost one of our babies and the Veterinary assistant Danielle went above and beyond with us, she even stayed with our baby till the end. Everytime we go there we look for her, she is amazing with all our babies. We highly recommend 4 Paws.

I've been traveling a good bit this summer, and have had to board my dog, Pablo, a handful times. Everyone at 4 Paws has been incredibly gracious, showing particular care and flexibility when I made an abrupt departure following a family emergency (taking him in the same day I called) and when, returning from the same trip, my flights home got completely wrecked and I picked him up 1.5 days later than I was supposed to. They took care of the vaccines he was due for during his stay, and always show my crazy pup lots of love. I am so grateful for their kindness and the lengths they've gone to to accommodate him when my plans change.

As a current employee of 4 Paws for many years, I have worked alongside Dr Wiggins and the entire team. Her values and integrity are that of the highest level. I trust my pets in her care. I don't recall Jared ever working with the doctor. I was with 4 Paws when Jared was here and I remember the facts very differently. It's important to understand that when an employee is terminated, there may be bitter feelings towards his former employer leading to untruthful comments.

She was rude and incredibly hypocritical, I can see why she was fired from the Nassau Vet Clinic. They frequently make scheduling errors and can't seem to get their act together when it comes to managing appointments. I wouldn't take my animals here - coming from a past employee.

I cannot say enough!! Over the years, I have brought my dogs to many different vets...and 4 Paws is the best by far! The doctors and employees show so much love and affection towards our dog. Our dog attends doggy daycare once a week to let out a bit of energy. His first day Janelle sent us pictures and videos showing how much fun our little baby was having! After sick visits, the doctors actually follows up to see how their patient is doing. They just make you feel very special when you walk through the door ....your not just another client! Thank you to the doctors and all employees especially Janelle for taking such great care of our Sam:)

We have entrusted Four Paws with the care of all our pets since day one. Never a complaint. Today, we experienced the nightmare which no pet owner wants to ever deal with. Our Izzy was struck by a car, in her own driveway, completely accidental.... A tearful call to Four Paws resulted in an immediate invitation to have her come right in and the staff was waiting at the door. She was seen immediately, the Doctor did a preliminary consult within minutes and the staff never left us feeling alone through the experience. The attention Izzy received and the professional, compassionate demeanor of Dr. Wiggins was what got us through a horrible experience (with a favorable end result). I have no doubt that this is what every client should expect and will receive from our Vet... 4 Paws. Doesn't matter who you are; everyone gets the best care possible, every time.

We moved our 3 four-legged kids from TroyVet to 4Paws in early October. On Oct 21st we had to bring our oldest cat, Mindie (15years) to Dr Wiggins on an emergency basis for her very first visit. Considering her condition, we were braced for the worst case scenario but Dr and staff, who were very friendly and understanding, they evaluated and treated her with a shot and a series of pills. Happy to say, to date....Mindie is still doing well!

I pulled into the parking lot for the first time yesterday (as a pet owner) and set my beagle, Bogart, down so I could get out of the car. No more than 10 seconds after his paws touched the pavement, I heard Dr. Wiggins calling his name. The Dr. coming out and meeting me and Bogart in the parking lot gave off a fantastic first impression, she was very welcoming. From the moment we walked through the door to the time we walked out, the experience was a great one. I was concerned about Bogart being scared, but Sierra and the Dr. made him very comfortable in the exam room and throughout the whole process. Bogart even wanted to follow them around the place, he didn't like when they left the room. I will be suggesting 4 Paws to every new pet owner I know. I look forward to bringing him back.

Also they try to get to retest your animal when you already got the animal tested along with paper work to prove it.. I do not recommend anyone to go here.
