Dr. Delaney and her staff are second to none. I've taken my 12 year old dog there since the day I got him. Even when they had bad news to give me, I've never had a bad experience. Every employee genuinely cares. The staff always goes above and beyond to be pleasant and do what's best for him. When my dog had surgery, I arrived for pick up to see a staff member holding him for comfort. When I was skittish to change his bandage after a gross injury, they took time to teach me even when it was inconvenient for them. Even when I annoyingly call for advice, never an impatient tone and they take the time to listen and address my concerns. I'm positive they don't get all the thanks they deserve.
