They advertise "low cost" but they are the most expensive vet practice around. Take a normal vet pricing and multiply it by 4 and thats what youll be paying these people. Any time I really needed them for emergencies, I called and they were on vacation or didn't answer. They always called back later but by then it's too late and I've had to call somewhere else. Mainly angry about pricing though. I've never felt more taken advantage of. They were the first vet I've ever used once I got my own pets, so I didn't know what a normal cost was of taking care of your animals. But one time, i couldn't get a hold of these guys, and had no choice but to call somewhere else and found a different vet that was in my opinion better at figuring out what's wrong with my animals and way less than half the price of these guys. They're nice people and for the most part easy to get along with but unfortunately I'll never be doing business with them again. Read Less

I didn't get to use their service. The lady was very rude over the phone. All I wanted was an appointment. Informed her that I have already brought my mom's cat to another vet and told her the price of the treatment that was required by the other place. The cat was also gotten a shot to help the treatment. I am okay with the payment to get an estimate but when I asked at most for that type of treatment how much it will be because the whole point of me trying to find another place is for the price; she has gotten more sour and made me decide to look for other places. My husband and I decided to have our 16 year old dog euthanized at home. We called Dr. Samuels and his wife and arranged for them to come to our home. Given we had never used them, I didn't know what to expect. The day finally came for them to arrive. I can honestly say they were both so compassionate and caring. Dr. Samuels explained the process while his wife assured us we were doing the right thing. I never felt rushed in the process and they allowed us to take as much time with our dog as we needed to say good bye. I regret I didn't use them as our vet all along. Read Less

Staff is rude! Lower prices don't justify being treated that way, and actually the price for some things is ridiculously high - $19 for a nail trim and no break for multiple dogs. Sorry, won't be back. Read Less

Not a good experience, high prices and non-existent after care. Will not use again. Either tech or vet left very tight bandage on cats paw. Go to a vet in town, so many of them available these days.Read Less

I have used them, for quite a while now... Dr Ed Samuels is the best vet I have ever dealt with- very personable, explains everything, and sincerely cares about each and every pet he deals with. I agree with another reviewer that "his staff" can sometimes be extremely hard to deal with and rude. As much as I like them- sometimes I just cannot wait 2 weeks until they are at one of their stops they make that is close to me, and as much as I hate to, I am afraid I am going to have to find a new vet. I was given some steroid meds for my dog due to severely itchy skin. Dr promised me I could simply get a refill when needed. I called today & his "staff" said she had talked to him and because it had been 6+ months, I'd need to bring him in to be seen. I don't have the money for that... not for tomorrow, when they'll be at spot close to me... so now I have a very itchy dog and an appt Nov 11 (it is now Oct 20) Unacceptable. Read Less

I have to say that I used to think very highly of this place until I called today to get some pricing and some information for a new puppy. It has been some time since I have used them. I have never been talked to by anyone who wanted my business the way I was talked to this morning! I can speak greatly of Dr Samuels, he is an awesome vet, but they have permanently lost my business due to the rudeness and nonprofessional attitude of his staff. Read Less
