I will never go to this establishment again. Totally untrained and unprofessional staff. I was given a medication that did not agree with my dog and when I tried to bring this to the veterinarian's attention I was told simply that I "needed to do what the doctor said". No attempt to rectify the situation was made. They also told me they would perform cherry eye surgery when they had no history of doing so in the past. I felt as if their primary consideration was to get me out the door as quickly as possible.

Watch out for them and hidden charges. I took my puppy 3 weeks ago for its shots and exam. I asked at this visit about how much the next visit would be and they stated around 40$. I paid about 100$ that visit. Today we went back for his booster shot and they charged me an additional 46$ for an exam. I asked if in a few weeks when I came back if I said no exam would that be possible. I was told no and I would be charged the 46$. I have never had a vet do this before. Stage road animal hospital charges for one initial exam and then there annual. They always listen to heart and lungs but Never charge for it.

This is the most unintelligent and rudest customer service veterinarian hospital I have ever experienced. I take my pet in and they take him to the back as I wait for someone to come out and explain everything to me. They never came out to explain and continued with the procedure. When I asked to have the staff veterinarian to contact me she called and continued the conversation by stating it was my negligence and should have researched it by myself, that no one there needed explain it to me. My thoughts is when you are paying for a medical service the medical provider is suppose to convey information to the person. Just like a human going into a doctor, they plan on doing a procedure, they walk you through every step. I will be warning all friends and neighbors to beware of this practice.

I love this animal hospital. I've taken two dogs and two cats here so far. We have a senior dog that is our "fur child"and they take WONDERFUL care of her. I've taken stray cats here as well.I adopted an elderly, sick cat and Dr. Barbour was very honest and compassionate when I had to euthanize her. They are also extremely fair and upfront on pricing. Highly, highly recommended.Ps. The entire staff in general is just great. They are sweet to my dog Lulu and put up with my 900 questions. Seriously, a great animal hospital. I've never felt rushed. Great people!

The staff at Crepe Myrtle Animal Hospital and Dr. Barbour have always treated my dogs as if they were their own! Before moving back to the area after living away from here the last 3 years, I would drive without hesitation the 4-5 hours from Northern Virginia so that they could care for my dogs. From basic checkups to my "Katie" having extensive teeth cleaning done recently, I can't speak highly enough of them! For anyone looking for top quality care for their pets, don't even think twice about not using their services! You can't go wrong! Thanks again guys!

I have been coming to Crepe Myrtle Animal Hospital since they opened. I was actually using Dr. Barbour when she was working in Garner, where I live. When she opened her hospital I followed her. I drive from Garner to Angier because they are so good and care about my animals. I am about to adopt a puppy and his first visit will be with Dr. Barbour soon. I have had 2 dobermans and a cat in the past and they have all been her patients. My cat hates all vets but Dr. Barbour can handle her with assistance from her staff.
