They had taken such good care of our fur-family in the past it I was still amazed at how wonderful they were when we had to have my moms dog put to sleep. They were so kind and compassionate, and provided us the most adorable keepsake of her paw print. A couple of weeks later they were able to properly diagnose our other baby Snooki and get her back to normal!

I highly recommend this place to everyone! Dr. Behrens and all the techs are very welcoming and nice. You can tell they really care about their pet clients. They also explain all services in detail before agreeing to anything. I’ve been bringing my baby since we got him when he was a puppy. He will be turning 5 this year and we will continue to bring him here.

Caring, knowledgeable and professional veterinary hospital I've ever been to. Dr. Barnett and Dr. Byrd always make your little baby feel like they are so special and not to worry they won't rush you....
Caring, knowledgeable and professional veterinary hospital I've ever been to. Dr. Barnett and Dr. Byrd always make your little baby feel like they are so special and not to worry they won't rush you. They take their time in going over all your concerns and form a plan that will make your pet happy and healthy.
In November 2017, I put down my Daisy and as hard as it was, Dr. Byrd took her time in letting me spend those precious moments with her and didn't even tell me she had gone until I was ready and asked. A very special doctor. Thank you for making my baby comfortable and able to go to sleep peacefully. Daisy will one day meet me at the "Rainbow Bridge".
A wonderful staff. I highly recommend taking your pet here.
January 2018, I happened to go into the Randolph Animal Hospital to see if Dr. Byrd was available. Wanted to ask questions about adopting an older dog. Talked extensively with Mary as Dr. Byrd was busy. After I left, Mary let me know she was fostering a sweet older dog and would not consider giving her to anyone else but my sister and me. Well, we are happy to say we have the most wonderful little "Precious"...yes that is her name. She is between 10 & 12 and has made our lives so happy. Thank you so much Mary for allow us the privilege of adopting Precious. We keep Mary in Precious' life with photos and going in to visit. Dr. Byrd is always thrilled to see her. Wonderful, wonderful place to take your pet.

I am favorably impressed with their breadth of veterinary knowledge and how personable both doctors are. They really took their time to treat our pet and talk things through with us with a lot of detail. Very nice people. Very good with animals. Wait times were not bad and they were also considerate of our pocketbook.

I brought my puppy to be seen for a medical need and I was five minutes late and was told I would have to wait 4 hours to be seen. This is a very very disappointing practice. The physician, excuse me Vet, on staff should be concerned about ALL of there patients not just a few. Oh and did I forget to mention I have never been to see the vet here at Randolph Animal hospital without having to wait a minimum of 15 minutes before being seen, so I find it ironic that me being 5 minutes late mattered so much compared to the many times I waited in the lobby without even an apology. Poor customer service needless to say we won't be returning and I suggest you don't either. I would give less than one star if I could.

The Doctors and staff of Randolph Animal Hospital are an extremely dedicated, compassionate, and caring group of professionals who have provided a wide range of routine wellness to highly specialized surgical care to our large family of loving feline and canine companions. Their fees are very reasonable and the staff are always willing to work with our schedules. We have never had access to veterinary services as wonderful as these folks! We are truly fortunate to have this gifted team as such an asset to the Asheboro community.

They had taken such good care of our fur-family in the past it I was still amazed at how wonderful they were when we had to have my moms dog put to sleep. Great animal care!! Staff is friendly and knowledgable. The Veterinarians are willing to spend the extra time with you and your pet. Very concerned about the welfare of the animals they are treating.

The Doctors and staff of Randolph Animal Hospital are an extremely dedicated, compassionate, and caring group of professionals who have provided a wide range of routine wellness to highly specialized surgical care to our large family of loving feline and canine companions. Their fees are very reasonable and the staff are always willing to work with our schedules. We have never had access to veterinary services as wonderful as these folks! We are truly fortunate to have this gifted team as such an asset to the Asheboro community.
