Very unsatisfied called to make an appointment for our dogs to be groomed. We have 5 dogs we spend almost 250 to 300 every time we take them. One of our dogs are a Rottweiler which I feel the staff at...
Very unsatisfied called to make an appointment for our dogs to be groomed. We have 5 dogs we spend almost 250 to 300 every time we take them. One of our dogs are a Rottweiler which I feel the staff at this facility is intimidated by. The last time we had them groomed she did not smell like she had had a bath the daughter-in-law is very rude and cussed me on the phone. They do not have a doctor on site. I highly recommend you do not take your pets here. They were also just on the news for administrating medicine without a license or doctor

This is the BEST place that I have EVER taken my dogs to. We love this place and it's the ONLY place I would ever leave my pets because I know that they are WELL taken care of at all times.

Best vet I've went to an way more affordable then any other vets I've ever went too.. if possible I'd continue to go to Belmont Animal Hospital..

Elizabeth Ann Rinker DVM , Passed away in 2016. Please do not bring your animal here. They have no doctor on site and you will get no treatment in an emergency. I hope this helps someone.

Belmont Animal Hospital is wonderful. i have 4 dogs that go there on a regular basis and they love going to see Dr. Rinker and the gang there. I currently have a sick doggie that is in the hospital there recovering, they are taking such good care of him and are very supportive of my family both emotionally and financially. It is such a relief to know that he is in good hands. They also communicate with me exceptionally well and call me at anytime there is an improvement or a change.

They say they allow dogs 3-4 walks a day. Doesn't happen. Dogs sit in their cage in their own feces. Attendants unskilled, their fees vary and are inconsistent. Dissatisfied immensely with their car...

We are new to North Carolina and I boarded my older poodle here for 12 days & was thoroughly disappointed with the service. Linda the office manager was initially sweet and made us feel our dog would...
We are new to North Carolina and I boarded my older poodle here for 12 days & was thoroughly disappointed with the service. Linda the office manager was initially sweet and made us feel our dog would be well cared for. My daughter stopped by the office to bring meds & additional supplies for our poodle and was very rudely attended. The heavy set gal at the desk was engaged on the phone, to what appeared to be a personal call and didn't bother to acknowledge my 42 year old daughter's presence...if she didn't acknowledge a human, how well did they attend to my pooch??? We returned from our trip & went to pick up our poodle...first the girl at the desk...a different one this time, told us an injection was made to our dog...when I questioned this, since our dog already had this in the spring, the girl looked further & said no it wasn't given. Secondly, when our poodle came out, she was wet & scraggly...looking nothing at all like the pooch we dropped off. I asked the attendant ""What Happened""...why does our dog look so scuffy...her response was ""What's Wrong""...Apparently she's used to sloppiness & the condition of our dog didn't bother HER! I said she's wet, knotted and truly looking like a mess...this isn't the way we brought her in...She told me the dog just had a bath...(apparently, looking like it was 2 minutes before we got there)...I told her we were told the bath would be given the day before we picked up our poodle...A very lax attempt was made to take our dog to the back for a little brushing out... Upon arriving home for 2 days our dog who has cataracts & is hard of hearing and the sweetest dog in every way...was jumpy at every attempt to be pet...& scratched continuously from a Flea Contamination...which she has never had...I called the office & complained to Linda the office manager...and was given numerous reasons for everything. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION....You make the judgement call...I Won't Go Back! Owner: S & T - Belmont

Belmont Animal Hospital is wonderful. i have 4 dogs that go there on a regular basis and they love going to see Dr. Rinker and the gang there.
