My experience with Hannah Creek was one of exceptional service, from my initial contact which sets the tone of a customer's experience. The staff was very professional and being a Health Care Admin. is something I pay attention to. The receptionist was very informative and gave me thing to do prior to the Vet's call, being that I'm new to the Equine World and overly cautious. My sweet Jasmine was colicking and I was panicking. In 15 minutes, I received my first call from Pablo, and he was amazing! He asked a lot of questions and due to him not being close to my location at that time he wanted to make sure certain things were in place. Well, I indeed had to have him come out and he was so attentive not only to my horse, but to me being a new horse owner as well. He answered all my questions and observed Jasmine for some time to make sure she was ok. He did not leave without
offering some helpful suggestions but also told me I was doing a good job. Which made me feel better. Thank you, Pablo and Hannah Creek! A new customer for life.

My horse was choking and I called Hannah creek vet. Pablo came out and cleared the blockage. He was very nice and professional and I am very grateful for Hannah creek and Pablo that are still willing to take care of large animals and saved his life. They also take care of my other animals and dogs as well. Highly recommend.

You have lost a customer today. I have been taking my 5 dogs and 2 cats to this vet for 5 years. I've always thought this was a pretty nice vets office. But today you showed me how uncompassionate you really are. My 15 year old chihuahua with heart failure that you diagnosed, had a seizure this morning. He can not hold himself up, he's drooling, he looks half dead. I call ahead and let you know I'm coming. When I get there, the only vet there is in surgery, which you told me on the phone. You take him back to see Dr. Kelsey Witt and she says he looks ok and stable and would be able to wait around 4 hours before she would be able to look at him. I'm not going to just leave him there so he will die alone in a cage without me. After all this back and forth between the receptionist and her, she comes out and yells at me in front of other customers. I am not stupid, the last thing I wanted to do was interrupt your surgery. I just thought one of the other vets that work there could be called in to help or tell me another place to take him to get the help he needed. But no. I get yelled at, not one I'm sorry, no advise, nothing. I have been crying my eyes out this whole time since I walked in your door. Not one ounce of compassion. No employee tried to comfort me. I was just a bother to your day. It was another customer that actually came over and sat next to me and hugged me.
Many of my friends have warned me about you, and I defended you. I am sorry I did.

I have been taking my canines to see Dr. Fraizer since he opened his practice a number of years ago. The office staff are awesome and always make room for me if I have a pressing concern with my adults or puppies. The vets are caring and knowledgeable and check the puppies I have for adoption from head to toe to insure that they are in excellent health before they go to their new homes. The vet techs are so helpful, even helping me get my animals into the clinic and settling them down. I couldn't ask for any better service or a more caring vet practice. Dr. Fraizer and his staff are #1 in my opinion and I am truly blessed to have them caring for my animals.

It was our first time at Hannah Creek Veterinary Hospital but we will definitely be back. The staff and vet were super friendly, reasonably priced, and they are open late on Thursdays. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Dr Frazier saved my mini horse when a different vet misdiagnosed. I have since switched ALL my pets over to this vet and have loved Dr Kenney as well. We have had them treat 4 horses, 2 dogs, 3 puppies, and 1 kitten. Even though they are not the closest vet to us we would not go anywhere else.

I believe this is a great veterinarian service and this is where my animals are treated and maintained, and we are happy with the quality of the services that they provide. However, during serious procedures, I would like to feel a bit more compassion when checking on the progress of my animal's surgery. Some of us consider our animals nearly as important as family members. Checking on them is almost as important as hearing from a family member who is in a serious surgery. The surgeries have gone well with no complications or complaints; however, I'd like for my concerns and worries during the procedures, to be better acknowledged with more empathy. Thanks!

Have always dealt with Dr Matt & loved him. Last night, we got to meet Dr Kenney! Actually got to see her twice in just a few hours. Not on the best of circumstances though. Absolutely love her! She got her quickly (even at 3:30 am) & was very professional, informative & patient. She took time to explain what was happening, what to look for, what to do & how to do it. Doc Frazier was our equine vet so it made sense to give the small animal clinic a try. In the past month, we have needed medical attention for two of our dogs. In both instances, they were able to squeeze us in to get the care the boys needed. The entire staffAwesome!! They are all kind, caring, and compassionate. I pass by two other vet clinics on the way to Hannah Creek but will never use another again. Stop in and check them out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. They truly care about your pet. While you are there, check out some of the cute stuff in the little lobby shop. The collars are adorable.

My experience with Hannah Creek was one of exceptional service, from my initial contact which sets the tone of a customer's experience. The staff was very professional and being a Health Care Admin. is something I pay attention to. I moved here from Wilmington, NC 13 years ago with three dogs. I was immediately informed, by other dog owners, to go outside of Benson for their care. So for this many years I've been traveling to the surrounding towns. I was thrilled to find out that Hannah Creek was opening with an already well known and loved veterinarian! It has been a pleasure to find not only caring professionals but fair pricing!

Have always dealt with Dr Matt & loved him. Last night, we got to meet Dr Kenney! Actually got to see her twice in just a few hours. Not on the best of circumstances though. Absolutely love her! She got her quickly (even at 3:30 am) & was very professional, informative & patient. She took time to explain what was happening, what to look for, what to do & how to do it. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my horses!! Thank you Dr Kenney!!!

Doc Frazier was our equine vet so it made sense to give the small animal clinic a try. In the past month, we have needed medical attention for two of our dogs. In both instances, they were able to squeeze us in to get the care the boys needed. The entire staffAwesome!! They are all kind, caring, and compassionate. I pass by two other vet clinics on the way to Hannah Creek but will never use another again. Stop in and check them out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. They truly care about your pet. While you are there, check out some of the cute stuff in the little lobby shop. The collars are adorable.
