You have lost a customer today. I have been taking my 5 dogs and 2 cats to this vet for 5 years. I've always thought this was a pretty nice vets office. But today you showed me how uncompassionate you really are. My 15 year old chihuahua with heart failure that you diagnosed, had a seizure this morning. He can not hold himself up, he's drooling, he looks half dead. I call ahead and let you know I'm coming. When I get there, the only vet there is in surgery, which you told me on the phone. You take him back to see Dr. Kelsey Witt and she says he looks ok and stable and would be able to wait around 4 hours before she would be able to look at him. I'm not going to just leave him there so he will die alone in a cage without me. After all this back and forth between the receptionist and her, she comes out and yells at me in front of other customers. I am not stupid, the last thing I wanted to do was interrupt your surgery. I just thought one of the other vets that work there could be called in to help or tell me another place to take him to get the help he needed. But no. I get yelled at, not one I'm sorry, no advise, nothing. I have been crying my eyes out this whole time since I walked in your door. Not one ounce of compassion. No employee tried to comfort me. I was just a bother to your day. It was another customer that actually came over and sat next to me and hugged me. Many of my friends have warned me about you, and I defended you. I am sorry I did. You will not find a vet with more compassion than these folks. I have been using Matt for many years and now he has a staff of vets that are A+. They care about animals but also care about people. Clean and friendly atmosphere. No long waiting time to be seen. Staff is knowledgeable and caring. Outside of the building is well maintained and inviting in appearance too. I love the fact they offer evening hours at least one day a week and scheduling appointments is a breeze. 😊 Read Less

I have been taking my canines to see Dr. Fraizer since he opened his practice a number of years ago. The office staff are awesome and always make room for me if I have a pressing concern with my adults or puppies. The vets are caring and knowledgeable and check the puppies I have for adoption from head to toe to insure that they are in excellent health before they go to their new homes. The vet techs are so helpful, even helping me get my animals into the clinic and settling them down. I couldn't ask for any better service or a more caring vet practice. Dr Frazier saved my mini horse when a different vet misdiagnosed. I have since switched ALL my pets over to this vet and have loved Dr Kenney as well. We have had them treat 4 horses, 2 dogs, 3 puppies, and 1 kitten. Even though they are not the closest vet to us we would not go anywhere else. Read Less

I believe this is a great veterinarian service and this is where my animals are treated and maintained, and we are happy with the quality of the services that they provide. However, during serious procedures, I would like to feel a bit more compassion when checking on the progress of my animal's surgery. Some of us consider our animals nearly as important as family members. Checking on them is almost as important as hearing from a family member who is in a serious surgery. The surgeries have gone well with no complications or complaints; however, I'd like for my concerns and worries during the procedures, to be better acknowledged with more empathy. Thanks! Read Less

Doc Frazier was our equine vet so it made sense to give the small animal clinic a try. In the past month, we have needed medical attention for two of our dogs. In both instances, they were able to squeeze us in to get the care the boys needed. The entire staffAwesome!! They are all kind, caring, and compassionate. I pass by two other vet clinics on the way to Hannah Creek but will never use another again. Stop in and check them out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. They truly care about your pet.
