I love love love Bunn Animal Hospital! I drive from Raleigh to go here because they are so amazing. My puppy broke his leg and they have been amazing through the whole process. They are transparent about prices and so considerate. It is clear that their first priority is giving pets great care. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Can't get it right! (Bad News Bears)I have been a long time customer of Bunn Animal Hospital but I recently moved about an hour and a half away. Due to the prior good service that my two Australian Sheppard's (Ranger and Rebel) had received I was prepared to remain loyal and make the long trip for their appointments.I recently called Bunn Animal Hospital and had them renew Ranger and Rebel's Flea and Tick (NexGard) and Heartworm (Interceptor) medication and due to the distance I had them mail them to me. At the time I placed the order, I gave the Bunn Animal Hospital representative the specific medications (By name) and told them to refer to the numerous prior orders I had placed for the same medications which were listed on my pets' records. The Bunn Animal Hospital representative acknowledged the order and advised me that I would receive a $50 rebate for my order and for an additional $10 the medication would be mailed to my home address. At my request the Bunn Animal Hospital representative emailed me a receipt confirming my order for Flea and Tick (NexGard) and Heartworm (Interceptor). A few days later I received the medication in the mail and when I opened the package I discovered that Bunn Animal Hospital had sent me Flea and Tick (NexGard) and Heartworm (HeartGard) medicine. Luckily prior to giving my dogs the medication I did an internet search on the HeartGard medicine to find that not only is it approximately $40 cheaper than Interceptor but also the medication in HeartGard (Ivermectin) can cause a severe, life-threatening reaction called ivermectin toxicity in some herding breeds. With further investigation I found that Australian Sheppard's are at the highest risk, one in two Australian Sheppard's are likely to have the severe, life-threatening reaction called ivermectin toxicity (Ref: Article from American Kennel Club). I sent Bunn Animal Hospital an email listing out all of the above information and requested for them to give me a call asap to address and rectify the issue. The next day, after not receiving a call, I called them. They apologized stating that one of their employees must have pulled the wrong medicine (Interceptor, white box and Heartgard, brown box, both clearly marked). The Bunn Animal Hospital representative told me that they would overnight the Interceptor medicine to me, which they did.About a week later I remembered that I was suppose to receive a $50 rebate but I had not received any paperwork for it up to this point. I again called Bunn Animal Hospital and the representative rudely informed me that the $50 rebate was for Heartgard not Interceptor and that I was not due a rebate. Later that same day I was called by a different Bunn Animal Hospital representative who informed me that I could get a $15 Interceptor rebate and emailed me the web address and code.From this experience with Bunn Animal Hospital I can only conclude the following two possibilities:1. Several Bunn Animal Hospital representatives made several mistakes (Gave me incorrect rebate information when I ordered the medicine. Accidentally filled and mailed me the wrong medicine which could have caused a severe, life-threatening reaction in my dogs. Initially did not advise me of the $15 Interceptor rebate).Or2. Bunn Animal Hospital representatives knowingly charges me for a more expensive medicine and deliberately sent me the cheaper medicine which could have caused a severe, life-threatening reaction in my dogs.Either way going forward Bunn Animal Hospital is not a place I trust to care for my dogs!

We took our 5 year old Pit/lab mix there to have surgery. We had taken him in prior to so we could determine what was wrong with our fur baby. They said that he would need surgery so we scheduled an appointment that day to bring him in another day for surgery. They told us all we had to do was drop him off. His appointment was at 8:30 so my boyfriend & I took him before an appointment that we had. When we got there it wasn't just a simple drop off like they said it would be. We had to wait a while before they even took him back then had to wait even longer after that for someone to see us, needless to say we were late for our appointment and some of the staff was rude & pretty much treated us & our dog like we were invisible. Our dog got sick on their floor & I offered to clean it up because the receptionist was rude about it. When we got there later that day to pick him up they never told us that we would have to bring him back to get his stitches out, it was closing time so they were pretty much rushing us out of there. We assumed that the stitches were the ones that dissolved until we noticed that our dog's skin where the stitches were, which was in 2 places, the skin was bulging around the stitches & was starting to have puss so we scheduled to take him back in & they tried to charge us. There was also an incident with our cat. She is an inside cat & she got out & we ended up having to take her twice. Our cat had a hole in her paw from a cat that attacked her when she got out. The 2nd time we had to take her back was because of something they should have done the 1st time, but didn't & they didn't even wrap her foot to keep it from getting infected. They also charged for the 2nd visit. We don't mind paying to take care of our fur babies, but why should we have had to pay when they should have done what they were supposed to do the 1st time!

My two Chihuahuas recently visited BAH. In the past I've been there with my parents' animals and my new cat and have had wonderful experiences! Unfortunately my most recent visit wasn't quite the same. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and Dr. Davis was fine. The vet tech we had was a different story. I understand chihuahuas have a bad reputation. I worked in a vet in high school and volunteered before that, so I REALLY DO understand the risks and precautions to take with Chihuahuas. My two have never once shown aggression to anyone. I asked the vet tech to perform everything in the room because one has separation anxiety. I was told the reasons why they take them in the back, which again I somewhat understand. BUT when she walked in the room she made no attempt to talk to them or make them feel comfortable. She never once petted them or anything. I told her that one of them was very treat motivated and that if she talked to them and petted them first that they would love her and be much more comfortable. She completely ignored me. Before she started everything, she told me she would be bringing in a muzzle and if they acted weird in anyway she would be taking them in the back. She never once gave them the chance of being the sweet chihuahuas that they are. She didn't even care. They tolerated her but we're very uncomfortable. Unfortunately for her, my two dogs will not be back to Bunn Animal Hospital. Like I said the rest of the staff were wonderful but because of her we will not take them back there.

I've always loved this place since it's opened in Bunn! So, so happy to have a wonderful vet so close to home! They always answer my gazillion questions about certain medications and reactions that our dog, Sapper, has had and they never just "oh he'll be okay" about it. They're always so concerned about my fur baby! When Sapper ran off and came back with a horrible rash New Years Eve they saw him the next day and went above and beyond to help me get him healthy again, and even called to check on him multiple times! I also want to shout out to Lisa Byrd who always looks out and goes above and beyond for not just my fur baby, but also my two legged babies ;) She helped get my mother in law's dogs in for a check up today, and because I forgot the stroller and had 2 dogs AND 2 babies with me, her an another woman came out to help with them all and entertained them during the wait! I thank yall a million times for the best care out there. Definitely take your pets to Bunn Animal Hospital <3 Thank yall!! :)

Dr. Davidson is the most caring vet we have ever been to. Her compassion for the love and well being of our furbabies is amazing! The visits are always focused on the better quality options and to make sure your babies are getting the health they need. Even if its just a regular check up she takes the time to stay and there is no rushing out. Dr. Davidson always takes the time to communicate and see you even after hours. The staff is awesome and attentive.

I could not ask for any better care for my pups. The crew at Bunn Animal Hospital is fantastic. Dr. Nikki gets down on the floor with my short legged bassets so they aren't scared being up on the metal table. I call them with questions which they willingly answer. My furbabies are not scared when they go to the vet and love seeing the wonderful staff there.

They do a great job taking care of our furbabies & give great comfort when we have to make a very difficult choice to let one go to the Rainbow Bridge. After having paid outrageously high fees in the "big city" for 20 years it is such a great relief to have such good care at very reasonable rates. I recommend BAH to anybody that asks me for a good vet service.

The team at Bunn Hospital is amazing. We have 5 pets that we have brought there for care for many years. They brought my Charlotte back from the brink of death from Parvovirus, they healed our rescued Maggie from heart worms and abuse injuries, and have been a great help with our pet with tons of allergies. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best care at a fair price.

Bunn Animal Hospital is by far the best value in care and cost. We have a cat and dog both over thirteen years old, and without Bunn Animal Hospitals help we could not afford to maintain quality of life for our aging pets. Over the years we have tried many of the veterinary clinics in area all the way to Raleigh. I will not take any of my four animals any where else from now on. One would think you would get better service, care and price at a larger facility but the staff here in Bunn proves that wrong.

We assumed that the stitches were the ones that dissolved until we noticed that our dog's skin where the stitches were, which was in 2 places, the skin was bulging around the stitches & was starting to have puss so we scheduled to take him back in & they tried to charge us. There was also an incident with our cat. She is an inside cat & she got out & we ended up having to take her twice. Our cat had a hole in her paw from a cat that attacked her when she got out. The 2nd time we had to take her back was because of something they should have done the 1st time, but didn't & they didn't even wrap her foot to keep it from getting infected. They also charged for the 2nd visit. We don't mind paying to take care of our fur babies, but why should we have had to pay when they should have done what they were supposed to do the 1st time!

Dr. Brooke Daniel Zebrine is amazing! All the staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. Not to mention you can go eat at Sisters Restaurant before or after a visit - yum!

My two Chihuahuas recently visited BAH. In the past I've been there with my parents' animals and my new cat and have had wonderful experiences! Unfortunately my most recent visit wasn't quite the same. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and Dr. Davis was fine. The vet tech we had was a different story. I understand chihuahuas have a bad reputation. I worked in a vet in high school and volunteered before that, so I REALLY DO understand the risks and precautions to take with Chihuahuas. My two have never once shown aggression to anyone. I asked the vet tech to perform everything in the room because one has separation anxiety. I was told the reasons why they take them in the back, which again I somewhat understand. BUT when she walked in the room she made no attempt to talk to them or make them feel comfortable. She never once petted them or anything. I told her that one of them was very treat motivated and that if she talked to them and petted them first that they would love her and be much more comfortable. She completely ignored me. Before she started everything, she told me she would be bringing in a muzzle and if they acted weird in anyway she would be taking them in the back. She never once gave them the chance of being the sweet chihuahuas that they are. She didn't even care. They tolerated her but we're very uncomfortable. Unfortunately for her, my two dogs will not be back to Bunn Animal Hospital. Like I said the rest of the staff were wonderful but because of her we will not take them back there.

I've always loved this place since it's opened in Bunn! So, so happy to have a wonderful vet so close to home! They always answer my gazillion questions about certain medications and reactions that our dog, Sapper, has had and they never just "oh he'll be okay" about it. They're always so concerned about my fur baby! When Sapper ran off and came back with a horrible rash New Years Eve they saw him the next day and went above and beyond to help me get him healthy again, and even called to check on him multiple times! I also want to shout out to Lisa Byrd who always looks out and goes above and beyond for not just my fur baby, but also my two legged babies ;) She helped get my mother in law's dogs in for a check up today, and because I forgot the stroller and had 2 dogs AND 2 babies with me, her an another woman came out to help with them all and entertained them during the wait! I thank yall a million times for the best care out there. Definitely take your pets to Bunn Animal Hospital <3 Thank yall!! :)

Dr. Davidson is the most caring vet we have ever been to. Her compassion for the love and well being of our furbabies is amazing! The visits are always focused on the better quality options and to make sure your babies are getting the health they need. Even if its just a regular check up she takes the time to stay and there is no rushing out. Dr. Davidson always takes the time to communicate and see you even after hours. The staff is awesome and attentive.

I could not ask for any better care for my pups. The crew at Bunn Animal Hospital is fantastic. Dr. Nikki gets down on the floor with my short legged bassets so they aren't scared being up on the metal table. I call them with questions which they willingly answer. My furbabies are not scared when they go to the vet and love seeing the wonderful staff there.

They do a great job taking care of our furbabies & give great comfort when we have to make a very difficult choice to let one go to the Rainbow Bridge. After having paid outrageously high fees in the "big city" for 20 years it is such a great relief to have such good care at very reasonable rates. I recommend BAH to anybody that asks me for a good vet service.

They brought my Charlotte back from the brink of death from Parvovirus, they healed our rescued Maggie from heart worms and abuse injuries, and have been a great help with our pet with tons of allergies. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best care at a fair price.

Bunn Animal Hospital is by far the best value in care and cost. We have a cat and dog both over thirteen years old, and without Bunn Animal Hospitals help we could not afford to maintain quality of life for our aging pets. Over the years we have tried many of the veterinary clinics in area all the way to Raleigh. I will not take any of my four animals any where else from now on. One would think you would get better service, care and price at a larger facility but the staff here in Bunn proves that wrong.
