As a 42 year old man with no human children, my pets are my kids. I have a pig and a dog that I treasure and take excellent care of. Being somewhat knowledgeble about animal medical practice, I am very picky when it comes to choosing a vet. I am so grateful to have found The Burgaw Veterinary Hospital. They are attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and I never feel rushed during my visits. I swear the owner, Dr. Stephanie Baker, can speak to animals. She seems to have an oddly accurate, six sense when it comes to diagnosis and treatment. The Burgaw Veterinary Hospital is the only place I go for pet care.

I was so worried about my pet dog, Orko. This clinic diagnosed and treated him quickly. The establishment is clean and the staff is kind, patient, and informative!

When I took Miss Sadie to the hospital all she could do was breath, and not doing that well. The very next morning they called and let me know that Sadie was up on her feet, after a couple weeks and outstanding care from Dr. Baker and the complete staff Sadie is back home and getting back to her old self, I can't thank them enough for taking care of her.

Always give my fur babies the best... Scrappy THE Dog is 15 yo and has his old age problems, rather than pick him up and put him on the table, Dr. Baker gets down on the floor with him. Both my dogs love coming to visit, when I need to board them, they just walk away with the staff never looking back at me... dogs will only do that if they're treat right.

I've never been here before but I needed to have some dental work done on my dog. Walking up you feel as if you're entering your family home, not a vet office. The staff is hands down the best, from the front desk to the vet techs (big shout out to doug and julie, you two are incredible) and the vets. This staff will take care of your pet as if it were their own. Everything to include dental care, is resonably priced. If you're in the area (or not) this crew of animal professionals is worth the drive. I will be bringing my dog here from now on.

we have been coming to this clinic since they were practicing across the street from where they are practicing now..we started with 4 dogs and have 1 left :( I can't say no more but praise for Dr Baker and her staff!! THEY ARE CARING, SYMPATHETIC, AND OH AWESOME!!!! I highly recommend them! I wont lie..there are times when you may wait awhile to be seen, etc BUT they are worth the wait and Dr Baker is a busy lady!! again THANK YOU Burgaw Vet Clinic..and GOD BLESS YOU ALL :)

I have two dogs that I take there and they love the folks there. When I board them, I sign them in and before I can say goodbye they're on their way to the back, no hesitation.., when an animal will go with the workers without a fuss, you know they're not being mistreated. Dr. Baker is wonderful with my boys. Great place!

When no one could look at my Peanut when he was sick because no appointments were available Dr. Brown and her staff didn't care they didn't have an appointment available. They took him in anyway. Had an appointment today for my little Chihuahua. Its easy to say I'm very pleased with the staff and the Vet at Burgaw Veterinary Hospital. The wait time and time spent in the office isn't long at all and makes taking your animal to vet that much nicer. The costs are reasonable as well, all around I could say I have found the best Vet in the area :) Thanks from the Fowlers

Had an appointment at 415 been waiting in my hot car with my puppy for 45 minutes because they won't let me come inside with him. Plus the receptionists both that I have dealt with are rude

Dr. Baker is amazing. My lab was hit by a car on HWY 53 by a speeding car. He pelvis is broken and she i personally caring for him. Needless to say she is an angel in disguise.

As a 42 year old man with no human children, my pets are my kids. I have a pig and a dog that I treasure and take excellent care of. Being somewhat knowledgeble about animal medical practice, I am very picky when it comes to choosing a vet. I am so grateful to have found The Burgaw Veterinary Hospital. When I took Miss Sadie to the hospital all she could do was breath, and not doing that well. I've never been here before but I needed to have some dental work done on my dog. Walking up you feel as if you're entering your family home, not a vet office.
