Sadly, my first and only experience with AP was disappointing to say the least.  A pet was left bleeding on the floor of the hospital for 3 hours; because the doctor refused treatment until payment was made for services she had not yet rendered.  When surgery was performed on the injured pet, it was done with the doctor's jewelry exposed, to possibly fall into the wound and cause contamination or further injury.  The entire situation caused me enough alarm to report this doctor to the veterinary medical board.  In the midst of the board review, the doctor left the country for a vacation.  The receptionist has what I consider to be a rude and less than a welcoming manner.  In addition,  the doctor refused to speak with me personally about my concerns and instead stated she was too busy.All in all, I would not recommend AP.  While it is understood that a business is being run and caregivers deserve to be paid for what they do, allowing an animal to suffer in the name of financial gain is inhumane.  I do not recommend inhumane treatment for any creature. My dog was very sick and the staff was quick to get me back however,they were all about the money.As soon as I came in they were pretty much telling me that I had to put my dog down.They only offered cremation to a "farm"which some guy spreads or you can pay 250$ and get them back.we tried asking for fluids but they said they wouldn't give any unless they kept her.These people are only about the money they don't really care about your animals and if they live. They were compassionate and very understanding when I came in. My 13 year old lab mix was in pain and ready to move on. They got her from the car when I couldn't. They explained every step of the process and were just amazing. Yes, It was more expensive than her regular vet, but it's an ER! What do people expect Thank you. Read Less

454.00 and 12 hours later my dog died. This place is more interested in your payment method than helping your pet. I will never return there and never refer to this place as nothing but a money hungry vet. My dog was not well and after their treatment and release her condition went down hill from there. I'm burying my dog this afternoon. Thanks for all your help not! All paws will never treat anymore of my paw babies. Read Less

I'm not sure that I would even rate them this. I brought my cat in severely injured with a wound on her stomach and barely walking, they did 2 X-rays to tell me they couldn't really see anything without doing further surgery which would cost around $1200-3000, I spent almost $500 on the X-rays and meds. Needless to say I took my cat home and had to clean her up myself, because they didn't even do that much, and found out she had a stick 4 inches long protruding through her, which if you actually LOOK at the X-rays, you can see. NOT impressed at all and would not recommend them whatsoever. I feel like they didn't even take the time to look her over or look at the X-rays for that matter. Read Less

What a kind practice. We had to take our dog to be helped over the bridge (end-stage cancer), and both the vet and the tech were just absolutely wonderful and compassionate. What a marked difference from other emergency vets we have been to! Read Less

Couldn't recommend All Paws enough!  Went there tonight with a cat that had abscesses in her jaw and the girls were amazing. Super friendly, knowledgable and not trying to nickel and dime me!  If you have an emergency this is by far the best vet I have ever been to Read Less

Should be called "Some Paws." We called last night when my daughter's precious little bunny was apparently choking on his food and they sent us to Greensboro. He didn't survive the 40 minute drive. They care for some paws, but apparently not all of them.Read Less

Wow, the staff at All Paws is amazing! Knowledgeable, caring, and very informative. I had heard great things about Dr. Anthony so I decided to make the trip from Greensboro with my Saint Bernard.
