The staff is amazing. As I waited I noticed them greeting the pets by name as they entered the building. They treated my pet as if it were their own. No unnecessary test were done. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a veterinary clinic.  I went on a week day about a month ago and I was there for nearly three hours just for an x-ray and a shot.  Then they wanted to push me into a 2000$ surgery that day.  After all of that my visit for the day was near 300$.  I then took my puppy to my family vet in which we were planning to go into surgery, but after doing his own x-rays said that surgery was not needed.  The visit at my family vet was 18$, we did not need to cut my puppy open, and my puppy has been well ever since :). The place is great. They helped me get my cats updated on the shots they needed and gave them flea baths which they definitely needed, and the bath was our whole purpose for taking them in the first place. They told me everything I needed to know before I left them there and after when I picked them up. They also answered any and all questions I had. Great veterinary hospital. They have been great with our dog, and now she is actually excited when she goes to the vet because the staff is so friendly with her. After our dog was attacked, I drove straight here. To say they only saved his life is an understatement. They saved my children from terrible pain as well, because they have grown up with our dog. He's 12, and we were really concerned, but he was in great hands with Dr. Haver and Dr. Tickle. And believe me, our dog had horrible injuries. Thank you for mending him and our broken hearts. Unfortunately, we had to take our beloved cat to this vet on an emergency and ended up putting her to sleep. Dr. Haver and the rest of the staff were incredibly informative, sensitive to our situation, and made our cat as comfortable as possible in her last moments. Love love love all the people here. My dog needed surgery on both of her hind legs for torn cruciate ligaments and the care provided to her before and after each surgery was outstanding. took my cat there and after examination was recommended that she have blood work , after asking "dr" SEVERAL times if they would call me with the results the next day, I finally had to call them and was told the "dr" was off and they were to busy to discuss the results with me, so I took the results and went to a vet where they care, the ONLY reason they get 1 star is because zero is not allowed. They seem to care BEFORE you pay after they get your money the "care" goes way down, would highly recommend you not go here. Read Less

I had a great experience there! I just moved to the area and my dog was experiencing some stress from the move and they were able to see me that day and gave her a great exam and meds to make her feel better. I loved the building and the decorations-it was so pretty and clean. I told them I may be interested in boarding my dog in the future and they gave me a tour of the kennel and it was so nice to see the dogs in very large runs with large blankets to lay on. They looked happy and comfortable. They also had a neat walk in bath tub which I think would be nice to bathe my 60 lb dog! Read Less
