Love this place! Doctor Nathaniel and staff always have my puppy's best interest at heart. Remi- my puppy got sick recently and I had a same day visit. He was quickly diagnosed and in the next few day...
Love this place! Doctor Nathaniel and staff always have my puppy's best interest at heart. Remi- my puppy got sick recently and I had a same day visit. He was quickly diagnosed and in the next few days Remi was feeling better. All of them took the time to get to know me and Remi. I never feel rushed on appointments. All of the staff clearly care about Remi.

I am here at Carolina Beach on vacation. I always bring my little dog Macho. The first evening here Macho hurt his foot and I went to this clinic first thing the next morning and they took him in and fixed him right up! They were great with him. Then the next day they were so thoughtful and called and checked on him...I was so worried with being far from home and his Vet, but they were great!

Dr Silos was very good in taking about my girls issueswithout charging me. I was an out of town visitor and just needed a vet to talk to.

Friendly, knowledgeable Vet, who doesn't charge an arm and leg. Good ole' Texas doctor, right here at CB. Can't recommend enough.

This vets great very caring and runs a clinic tuesday and thursday from 2-4 pm offering $15 exams and 30% off vaccinations

Dr. Silos is truly a great doctor. He truly cares about your animal which I find is rare in this industry. He's not all about $ and actually wants the best for your animal. We drive an hour just to have him care for our dog. He's been nothing but the best with our American Pitbull. I encourage anyone in the area or even not in the area to bring their animal to Dr. Silos.

Love this place! Doctor Nathaniel and staff always have my puppy's best interest at heart. Remi- my puppy got sick recently and I had a same day visit. He was quickly diagnosed and in the next few days Remi was feeling better. All of them took the time to get to know me and Remi. I never feel rushed on appointments. I am here at Carolina Beach on vacation. I always bring my little dog Macho.
