Negligent. Incompetent. I have been advised by other vets to report them to the Veterinary Medical Board.
I took my dog here to get an x-ray because he was limping. Dr. Rosenoff, the owner of Noah's Ark, was our vet. He took the x-ray of my dog's leg and said that it was not broken and probably was just a soft tissue injury.
I took my dog to another vet 3 weeks later because he was still limping, and because Dr. Rosenoff's bedside manner was terrible. (My dog is afraid of the vet and Dr. Rosenoff finds that "irritating").
The second vet looked at the x-rays from Noah's Ark and she said that she immediately saw that my dog's leg was broken. (She looked at the x-rays before I got there). She said she couldn't believe he missed this. She called it an "elementary mistake" and said that even a graduate student should have seen it. She recommended that I report his negligence to the Veterinary Medical Board. I am in the process of doing that now.
I also asked Dr. Rosenoff for a refund, considering he misdiagnosed my dog and caused him to walk around on a broken leg for three weeks, and I had to get another set of x-rays to assess what further damage was caused from him not receiving proper treatment to start with. Dr. Rosenoff refused to give me any money back.
Please do not go to this vet.

Dr. Rosenoff and techs alone get 5 stars. Other vet we saw was VERY judgmental and almost argumentative though. Have only seen Dr. Rosenoff for my dog's 13 yrs. and will only request him in future!

Cannot say enough about the staff here. We've been bringing our fur babies to Noah's Ark for as long as I can remember. Even after moving to Fuquay Varina & trying other vets, we came back & are so glad we did. The staff was super-supportive & kind last year when we had to put our elderly dog & cat down (both within a matter of weeks) and now we're back with our newest adopted fur-baby! Dr. Rosenoff & the entire staff at Noah's Ark are truly spectacular and we will continue driving 30 miles round-trip to bring our fur babies here. THANK YOU for all that you do!

My husband and I just moved to the area with our newly adopted Irish Setter and we cannot be more thankful for this amazing group of people! They've gone above and beyond to help our stressed out puppy feel safe and calm when doing their checkups, which made me so happy to see. We saw Dr. McKeon who is extremely knowledgeable as well as a wonderfully compassionate and friendly woman--cannot say enough good things about her and the staff. Thank you for everything!

I can€t say enough about this practice. The staff is friendly and courteous and they all love what they do. This is evident in the way that they make their clients comfortable from the very first meeting. They truly go above and beyond to successfully treat their four legged clients and to put their pet parents€ minds at ease.
Recently, I decided that I would look for a veterinarian to come to the house rather than continuing to take my 16 year old Shih Tzu, Lola, to an office where she would become so stressed, and not getting any better from the gastrointestinal issues that she has been living with, on and off, for the past 3 years.
Our groomer recommended Noah€s Ark. When I made the first appointment very recently, and met Dr. McKeon, I knew immediately, the way that she handled her, that my €baby€ was in excellent hands. Dr. McKeon is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, capable and an excellent communicator. She really cares about the health and overall well being of her four legged clients, and it shows.
Just when I thought it might be nearing the end, my 16 and a half year old Shih Tzu has made a complete recovery and is doing just great, thanks to Dr. McKeon! I highly recommend this practice.

I love Dr. Rosenoff and most of the staff are delightful. (We've been there a lot and have encountered a crabby person once or twice, but eh - not a big deal.) We've lost two pets this year - our 7 year old mutt-mix to diabetes and our 17 year old cat - and Noah's Ark was great and allowed us to grieve as long as we needed in the room by ourselves. Their prices are more reasonable than the vet in Holly Springs. All in all, they are good folk here. The only complaint I have is their location - I wish they were not in a very busy mini-mall setting! Parking is challenging sometimes.

Before Noah's Ark Vet, I had taken my cat to 3 different vets. Every time he would hiss, growl, and swat the entire time. I took my cat to Noah's Ark to see Dr. Rosenoff and warned them about my cat beforehand. They were very patient with him and we made it through the whole checkup without any problem. There was no hissing or growling at all. I would highly recommend this place to any other people that have had similar experiences with their pets.

When I called them they saw my dog right away. The staff and the vet was very friendly. My dog who usually doesnt like many people was very comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable and they even called the next day to check on how my dog was doing. I would recommend this vet to anyone!!!!!

I've owned a cat or cats my entire adult life and consistently kept up with vet visits. That being said, I think this is one of the worst vet offices I've ever been to. Perhaps if you have an animal other than a cat, it could be totally different. 1) The revolution is charged $10 above market price2) They were very rude to me and called me a liar for trying to save money on said revolution by buying a 3 pack (because I have a kitten being seen by another vet Banfield)3) The appt was horrible because I didn't have any time in the room with my cat before the appt to calm her. They (tech and vet) rushed us in (late) and pulled her out of the carrier just to get to business. I have never been disrespected about my animals before and will not be back again. I pay a lot of money to keep my cats healthy and this place does not deserve my money.I wanted to find a vet close to home that wasn't a stupid chain with recent grads but Banfield is better than this.

Before coming to Noah's Ark with our 11-year old cat we've been to several vet clinics and an emergency as well. In spite of all the money and time we'd spent nobody helped us. I was almost desperate when my friend recommended to call Noah's Ark and I am very happy I did. We had an appointment scheduled immediately. Staff here is incredibly professional, welcoming, friendly, they make you feel special and you get personal attention that you expect. Even though it was obvious that our little friend will not survive they did their best to help prolong her life.
When we were ready to euthanize our cat Josephine everybody was very sympathetic, supportive, gave us as much time as we needed and did their best to make this process less painful for us. A few days later we also received a card in the mail from Noah's Ark signed by the staff which was very nice of them and my family and I appreciated it. They showed that they really do care about their customers/patients not only "do their job"...
Clinic is also reasonably priced so you won't have to spend a fortune here. I cannot recommend Noah's Ark highly enough and already told all of my friends who have pets about it.
We all appreciate what you did for our cat. Thank you so much!

My kitty and I have been going to Noah's Ark since 2013, and we love Dr. Edwards. Based on the other Yelp reviews, I wasn't super optimistic, but I live across the street and really wanted to spare my cat the long car ride for a change. I'm glad I tried Noah's Ark first. Dr. Edwards has a great personality and always seems so genuinely pleased whenever she sees that Penny is doing well (like on her follow-up visit after her dental). The other staff members are all really nice, too -- one gal was even my kitty-sitter for a while before she moved out of state.Vet care can obviously be expensive, but so far I feel that Noah's Ark has reasonable charges. One thing I really like is that (last I checked) they carry a more economical brand of flea treatment. It's a small thing, but it's nice to know your vet is trying to save you money.To address another reviewer's comment about inaccurate emails, I haven't found that to be the case -- I mostly just get reminders when it's time for Penny's annual exam. For what that's worth -- maybe they've switched systems.

My Final experience was his estimate of 1200dollars to clean my dogs teeth. I had the exact same thing done at animal kingdom for 1/3 of that. Needless to say I switched my dog and both cats to their care. I wont even set foot in there to purchase food.

I've been taking our dogs to this place for most of their lives. We are certified DINK's so our dogs are our children and I would not trust them to just anyone. The docs and staff here are great. They've treated our babies through regular checkups, minor illnesses, annoying "chew your own foot off" issues, and recently even the death of my beloved daughter. The boarding service is good too. It really hit home for me last time I dropped my dog off for boarding and one of the nice gals there came out and scooped her up. As I was pulling away in my car I noticed her out taking my dog for a walk and my dog was just prancing happily with her ears pricked up. It sat my mind at ease. This vet office is quite small but I feel I get personal service there where everyone knows me and my dog. As a busy person though I appreciate that they are REALLY GOOD about calling you back. If they are supposed to call you about a test result, some meds coming in, or just to check the status of some treatment that you're administering at home, they absolutely call you back without fail. This is not a small thing for me.

They always take the time to get down on the floor with my dog and make her feel as comfortable as she can feel. I never feel pressured or hurried when I am there, and I feel like they really love the animals they treat. I have been to many different vets, ones that have been bought up by big corporations, etc, and it is nice to get the ""hometown"" feel of a small town vet. You definitely get that feeling with this practice. I highly recommend them. Great docs, and great advice! Not overly priced either!!!

This veterinary practice is the best I have ever worked with! The doctors and staff are all super nice and knowledgeable. The pricing for visits, medicine, boarding etc are the best I have found in the area, and they never push unnecessary diagnostics or products.

This is evident in the way that they make their clients comfortable from the very first meeting. They truly go above and beyond to successfully treat their four legged clients and to put their pet parents€ minds at ease.
Recently, I decided that I would look for a veterinarian to come to the house rather than continuing to take my 16 year old Shih Tzu, Lola, to an office where she would become so stressed, and not getting any better from the gastrointestinal issues that she has been living with, on and off, for the past 3 years.
Our groomer recommended Noah€s Ark. When I made the first appointment very recently, and met Dr. McKeon, I knew immediately, the way that she handled her, that my €baby€ was in excellent hands. Dr. McKeon is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, capable and an excellent communicator. She really cares about the health and overall well being of her four legged clients, and it shows.
Just when I thought it might be nearing the end, my 16 and a half year old Shih Tzu has made a complete recovery and is doing just great, thanks to Dr. McKeon! I highly recommend this practice.

I love Dr. Rosenoff and most of the staff are delightful. (We've been there a lot and have encountered a crabby person once or twice, but eh - not a big deal.) We've lost two pets this year - our 7 year old mutt-mix to diabetes and our 17 year old cat - and Noah's Ark was great and allowed us to grieve as long as we needed in the room by ourselves. Their prices are more reasonable than the vet in Holly Springs. All in all, they are good folk here. The only complaint I have is their location - I wish they were not in a very busy mini-mall setting! Parking is challenging sometimes.

Before Noah's Ark Vet, I had taken my cat to 3 different vets. Every time he would hiss, growl, and swat the entire time. I took my cat to Noah's Ark to see Dr. Rosenoff and warned them about my cat beforehand. They were very patient with him and we made it through the whole checkup without any problem. There was no hissing or growling at all. I would highly recommend this place to any other people that have had similar experiences with their pets.

When I called them they saw my dog right away. The staff and the vet was very friendly. My dog who usually doesnt like many people was very comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable and they even called the next day to check on how my dog was doing. I would recommend this vet to anyone!!!!!

I've owned a cat or cats my entire adult life and consistently kept up with vet visits. That being said, I think this is one of the worst vet offices I've ever been to. Perhaps if you have an animal other than a cat, it could be totally different. 1) The revolution is charged $10 above market price2) They were very rude to me and called me a liar for trying to save money on said revolution by buying a 3 pack (because I have a kitten being seen by another vet Banfield)3) The appt was horrible because I didn't have any time in the room with my cat before the appt to calm her. They (tech and vet) rushed us in (late) and pulled her out of the carrier just to get to business. I have never been disrespected about my animals before and will not be back again. I pay a lot of money to keep my cats healthy and this place does not deserve my money.I wanted to find a vet close to home that wasn't a stupid chain with recent grads but Banfield is better than this.

Before coming to Noah's Ark with our 11-year old cat we've been to several vet clinics and an emergency as well. In spite of all the money and time we'd spent nobody helped us. I was almost desperate when my friend recommended to call Noah's Ark and I am very happy I did. We had an appointment scheduled immediately. Staff here is incredibly professional, welcoming, friendly, they make you feel special and you get personal attention that you expect. Even though it was obvious that our little friend will not survive they did their best to help prolong her life.
When we were ready to euthanize our cat Josephine everybody was very sympathetic, supportive, gave us as much time as we needed and did their best to make this process less painful for us. A few days later we also received a card in the mail from Noah's Ark signed by the staff which was very nice of them and my family and I appreciated it. They showed that they really do care about their customers/patients not only "do their job"...
Clinic is also reasonably priced so you won't have to spend a fortune here. I cannot recommend Noah's Ark highly enough and already told all of my friends who have pets about it.
We all appreciate what you did for our cat. Thank you so much!

My kitty and I have been going to Noah's Ark since 2013, and we love Dr. Edwards. Based on the other Yelp reviews, I wasn't super optimistic, but I live across the street and really wanted to spare my cat the long car ride for a change. I'm glad I tried Noah's Ark first. Dr. Edwards has a great personality and always seems so genuinely pleased whenever she sees that Penny is doing well (like on her follow-up visit after her dental). The other staff members are all really nice, too -- one gal was even my kitty-sitter for a while before she moved out of state.Vet care can obviously be expensive, but so far I feel that Noah's Ark has reasonable charges. One thing I really like is that (last I checked) they carry a more economical brand of flea treatment. It's a small thing, but it's nice to know your vet is trying to save you money.To address another reviewer's comment about inaccurate emails, I haven't found that to be the case -- I mostly just get reminders when it's time for Penny's annual exam. For what that's worth -- maybe they've switched systems.

I had one dog neutered there for about 275.00Had a second dog spayed and microchipped at the aspca for about 50! shoulda learned my lesson then . My Final experience was his estimate of 1200dollars to clean my dogs teeth. I had the exact same thing done at animal kingdom for 1/3 of that. Needless to say I switched my dog and both cats to their care. I wont even set foot in there to purchase food.

I've been taking our dogs to this place for most of their lives. We are certified DINK's so our dogs are our children and I would not trust them to just anyone. The docs and staff here are great. They've treated our babies through regular checkups, minor illnesses, annoying "chew your own foot off" issues, and recently even the death of my beloved daughter. The boarding service is good too. It really hit home for me last time I dropped my dog off for boarding and one of the nice gals there came out and scooped her up. As I was pulling away in my car I noticed her out taking my dog for a walk and my dog was just prancing happily with her ears pricked up. It sat my mind at ease. This vet office is quite small but I feel I get personal service there where everyone knows me and my dog. As a busy person though I appreciate that they are REALLY GOOD about calling you back. If they are supposed to call you about a test result, some meds coming in, or just to check the status of some treatment that you're administering at home, they absolutely call you back without fail. This is not a small thing for me.

They always take the time to get down on the floor with my dog and make her feel as comfortable as she can feel. I never feel pressured or hurried when I am there, and I feel like they really love the animals they treat. I have been to many different vets, ones that have been bought up by big corporations, etc, and it is nice to get the ""hometown"" feel of a small town vet. You definitely get that feeling with this practice. I highly recommend them. Great docs, and great advice! Not overly priced either!!!
